Almost two years ago, We purchased a pre-owned 2017 Trax. Last summer during an oil change we were told it would need front brakes soon. I purchased rotors and brakes, pulled the front wheels and noted the brakes had conservatively more than 60 percent of life left. I took photos, showed the service writer and wrote that off to an inexperienced lube tech. Yesterday my wife took the car in for an oil change and was told she needed tires. (Although they rotated the tired presently installed on the car) The tires are well within limits, and I attribute that to a very cautious mechanic. Next, we were told we needed a cabin and engine air filter for $121.95 That set off a red flag. I went through my receipts and realized I had personally changed said filters less than 4 thousand miles ago. Cost in parts $27.17 I suppose I should have gone with her to have the car serviced, but I shouldn't have to. They are cheats and liars.

Excellent Service Department! Clean, friendly and knowledgeable. This was my first time bringing my vehicle to this dealership and it was a very pleasant experience. I booked an appointment online for the very next day. They found out what the problem was and had me back behind the wheel by the time I needed to head for home. They made me feel proud to own my older Chevy vehicle. Thank you!

i had an emergency where I needed to get into a car immediately, I messaged Cody Howe Fortier with a price range and he instantly went to work! withing 15 minutes he had a list of cars for me. We found 1 I really liked and considering I was at work I couldn't make it in to the dealership. Cody got me approved and had the paperwork all filled out all I had to do was show up, sign papers , insure the car and a down payment and I was on my way in less than an hour! Amazing Buying Experience!!!! From Southern Maine could have bought at any Portland area Dealership. So glad we made the trip to Oxford. Great Selection Great prices. Clean fun Dealership. I am unhappy with the service they are rude and the lot attendant was really rude to me and they didn't fix my car right had to come back and they say they won't do it so I give them one star because they suck and I advise you not to go there I'm unhappy in their service sucks

Everytime I come here, I'm always reminded of how great the people in this place are. They're very nice and down to earth. My fiancé and I's car decided to leak coolant and it didn't want the coolant sensors. It took them a couple hours, gave me a loaner for a little bit, and repaired our car.
