“Needed wipers for the car. The staff was great! Looked up what we needed, picked out the small rear wiper blade as well. Offered help installing if we needed it. While I was installing the front wipers he popped out and installed the rear blade. Once he was done he grabbed all of the trash and threw it out! Now that's what I call service! Very pleased indeed!”

My location was not made clear to them by AAA. (If you’re an AAA member, AAA is late in letting towers know who needs help.) these guys showed me respect, were friendly and well experienced overall. I’m a single woman in the crack of dawn waiting to get towed. I rode with them and was given the passenger seat. (There were two older guys). By body language I was given respectful space. I really felt comfortable. The 30 min drive was very steady and good. Like I said, well experience.

“I ordered parts onlone a few days ago and the only place that had them was south paris store. I finally get a ride up there last night and GPS said 9:10 pm 10minutes after they closed. So I called and talked to Joshua and even though he had already worked 9 hours he was willing to go the extra mile and wait for me to get there late. I got there when I said I was going to and he was at the door with my parts I signed the receipt and was on my way. Thank you for going the extra mile.”
