No complaints. Mark knows his outboards. Called him, and he came right over to my house and helped me reassemble my lower unit after an unusual problem. I thought his fee was very reasonable considering what dealers charge per hour.

Marc was great! He helped me trouble shoot over the phone. Once the problem was diagnosed he ordered a part and made the repair as soon as the part came in.
