About Maine Traditional Karate

Family karate classes starting from as young as 4 years old. Training in practical and functional traditional karate. Everyone is welcome whether they are a beginner or an experienced practitioner. Maine Traditional Karate is a chartered dojo within the Okinawan Shorin Ryu Matsumura Seito Karate and Kobudo Federation (OSMKKF) owned and operated by Renshi Steve Apsega.

    I have been going here for about a year now if you want to learn karate this is the place to go, Sensei Apsega is very nice.
