Went here all the time while we attended UMaine. Our weekend treat was to go on a Friday afternoon and get a few fancy craft sodas to enjoy over the weekend. On snow days we went in the morning for fresh donuts and hot cocoa. It was nice to always see Roberta in there. I hope we get to return there someday.

Used to get a muffin here every morning when I went to UMaine. Returned here after 10 years and they are still just as good as I remember. Been searching high an low for a muffin that compares and it simply does not exist.

They have a bunch of coffee options and can easily do vegan. They can also do iced coffee if you ask! This is a good place to go to shop around a little (they have a ton of local/Maine made crafts and some specialty foods and wine/beer) and get a good coffee while skipping the line at Nest down the street

Since moving to the Orono area, I've found myself here at least once a week - there's always something new & such an eclectic and fun variety of foods, gifts, and trinkets to look at. The coffee here is SPECTACULAR, too - seriously, you've got to try it, as it's some of the best in the area (especially when compared to nearby chain coffee shops.)

I love coming home to Maine for the summer and visiting The Store often. It's so nice to see Roberta and family. I enjoy supporting this wonderful small business that offers great prices on wine, delicious baked goods, unique Maine mementoes and much more!

This store is a downtown Orono staple, I've been coming here off and on for 15 years and give them my business whenever I find myself back In town, wonderful gifts, kitchenware, beer, wine, snacks, baked goods, fruit, candy and souvenirs! I love doing my part to keep this incredible store around. They have lots of coffee and an espresso machine with. A great menu of lattes. The family who owns it is great, they have an Airbnb down the street I also highly recommend! Check them out. Until next time Orono!

My granddaughter and now I enjoy going to this wonderful general store with a potpourri of offerings from coffee and cakes, to candy, to wine, to any handy items you might need at home! Love it there!!

The store had potential, it was pretty cute. but the lady was rude to me but not my bf (he’s white and I’m not… do with that information as you see fit) and the bananas on display were older than the building they were in… so many flies on the banana ??♀️
