“Hi! Ignore these negative reviews— they were before Liza and her team showed up. I’ve lived here for five years and it HAS changed! The current staff are passionate and TRULY caring. I even got a Christmas card from the Staff last year. I’ve never been happier to live here. HUGE thanks to staff for the care and compassion around my spouse passing away! “I’ve had a very good experience at the Ave . For being the more expensive college living spot in Orono I feel like I am getting the benefits of what I pay for . Giveaways, a nice patio , beautiful island , and the weight room/ golf simulator in the club house . In my opinion it is worth the price and I have yet to get charged any crazy extra fees as I heard about through the other reviews .”
