No signes up stating they do not take cash, ecspected customer to go pay for a pre paid card to come back and pay bill. Cash is a legal tender.

Will not accept cash only card. Anyone that wants to pay cash has to drive all the way to Brewer or Bangor. Not helpful for the citizens of Old Town. Worst us cellular in my opinion.

Avoid this place. I've stopped in this location multiple times to upgrade my phone. Every single time they only have one person on staff. Better hope no one is in there when you arrive because you'll be waiting hours. Absolutely rediculous they only staff one person for an entire store.

Can't even make a payment here. Heads up, u.s.cellular will not oversee this location. The only AUTHORIZED u.s. cellular in the area is on stillwater Ave in bangor. Skip this location, they're useless.

I went in to get a upgrade for my phone it's been 2 years since I got a new phone and they no longer make LG phones so I would have to go to a Motorola. They were going to charge me almost $200 for a phone that was not even comparable to my phone. Every phone that was offered to me as an upgrade actually had less features than my phone that I have now from 2 years ago. I really think it's time to think about switching carriers.

My husband had just upgraded my phone in the Dover foxcroft store however they didn't have any phone cases available so I was in the area so I decided to go to this location. Big mistake. As soon as I walked in the door I felt as though I was bothering the staff, there wasn't any friendly "what can I help you with?" And we got yelled at immediately to put on a mask when the man behind the counter wasn't wearing one himself. What a huge difference from the Dover-Foxcroft store to this one. I will never do my business there. I was thinking of upgrading my phone too but due to how the staff treated us we didn't want to give them our business!

Have always had a pleasurable experience when it came to Community Cellular, Old Town, Maine; an authorized U.S. Cellular Agent and this time was no different; fantastic, personable, jovial, knowledgeable and adept individuals dedicated to owning an issue and seeing it through to fruition. Long story short; an iPhone XR with major glitches involving iOS 13.3, (different Service Vendor). Got home only to be thrown an authentication code requirement during re-setup; Community Cellular was closer and both Stephanie and Jared owned the initial issue and a few more that followed to an optimal resultant outcome. Both are exemplary persons and aligned to delivering and ensuring optimal Customer Care and Relations.
