I don't go to this Hannaford pharmacy because they have the best prices for my meds. I go here because they are always polite and willing to help. Very pleasant experience every time.

Shorted me 45 pills because they failed to update my prescription in their systems. This is not the first time. Fill your medicine somewhere else if you can.

This store is my regular shopping store. I do suggest to the people who order Hood Ice Cream that the Golden Vanilla order should be at least doubled. There were none yesterday and today just 3 left from obvious stocked order. It is the best vanilla and evidently has become very popular. I am sad when there is none. I don't usually shop but only once every few weeks. It is hit or miss to get my favorite ice cream.

Bags they sell you are so cheap you are lucky if you can make it to your vehicle with them. Prices are outrageous. Meat quality is terrible. They need competition so they stop ripping off the customers

Old Town Hannaford Pharmacy is the only pharmacy I’ve encountered that will tell you your medication is in stock then refuse to fill a valid scrip. The technicians aren’t friendly and don’t want to help you. Would especially avoid this pharmacy if you need birth control, as this is their lowest priority.

customer service I have shopped there for many years then last weekend had to drive back there twice that was fine a little annoying but is what it is. But to be treated like they where being bother to help me get my groceries that I purchased isn't right. sad to say I use to enjoy going there now not so much be lucky if I ever go there again.

ABSOLUTE JOKE. EVERYTIME we go pick up medication, there is always a head game that goes along with it.EVERYTIME! Todays stunt calls for a gripe session- getting the 30 miles to the pharmacy is quite a challenge most of the time and they know this.i got home from er at 4am today with bronchial infection. my fiance goes in to pick my meds up for the infection. zithromax. Hannaford Pharmacy in Old Town refused to allow her to get it without my "medicare card for men".....what the hell is that-never heard that phrase before in my life and the pharmacy has ALL of my information right on file...been going there for 5 years. so no medication. when will we be able to get back into town next......? not a clue. at least a week. the medication will not be effective after so many days. Hannafords pharmacy in Old Town Maine is full of emmployees that quite simply don't seem to care about much of anything. Time to locate a different pharmacy or simply say "scre the medical system and push forward in life without them.

Good people, and helpful, however the wait time to fill a prescription is crazy. Even when called in hours before, I myself as well as other customers I have spoken to have waited over an hour to have a prescription filled, even when there is no line at the counter. Very frustrating, and the pharmacy does little to communicate about the wait time.
