“I had an absolutely wonderful experience with an employee of the Old Town O'Riley Auto Parts (I unfortunately did not catch his name). I am not at all knowledgable when it comes to vehicles, and I accidentally bought the incorrect windshield wipers using the online ordering platform-- One needed to be slightly smaller and I bought two of the same size. The employee caught my mistake and had the courtesy of helping process a return and found me the correct product. He went above and beyond by helping me install the wipers and did not make me feel badly for my mistake. This experience will bring me back to this location for all of my vehicle maintenance needs!”
