Ordered & paid for a 6-pack of "Mouse Balls" on-line for store pick-up. After I picked up the box & got home, I realized the girl at the store gave me a 3-pack instead. I called and wanted the store to process a credit for the difference but the clerk said I had to drive back to the store (25 minutes one-way) to do it. Since it was THEIR mistake, I had to convince him I wasn't going to drive an hour round trip to correct a mistake the store made.

These fine folks always go that extra step and help you to quickly find the things you need. Great local hardware store, as others have mentioned you pay more, but it’s small and local, but you get better service, the products are great quality, and you can find some oddball items that make the trip in all the more fun; also there are store cats. Shop local, they deserve the business.

I went in and asked if they could charge my phone. Not only were they accommodating to charging my phone, The kind folks inside. Talk to me about recipes and food. I witnessed conversations of how to fix different gadgets in different areas of people close homes. The folks that work in the Old Town store are kind, thoughtful and very helpful. I walked in to get my phone charged, and I walked out with all kinds of seasonings for recent purchase of half a pig that I will be cooking.
