“They were easy to work with not pushy. My only complaint is that it didn’t seem as if Sondra was fully comfortable with the new Tiguan certain things I had to learn on my own such as how the heated side mirrors worked or the auto high beams. All very minor items but for someone who is not as tech comfortable as I might be I can see where this maybe frustrating.”
