“We picked up some things while in the area. This store had everywhere needed. It was clean and well stocked.We did not know the area and required a map program to navigate our way to and from due to the unusual traffic pattern.”
“My company uses Hannaford Brothers for a lot of outings. We do all kinds of things outdoors in Maine and we buy the deli meats from Hanford. I just want to say that the deli at the Scarborough Maine location is amazing. In particular an employee by the name of Kris has been very helpful and always kind and her customer service is excellent. She knows the products behind the counter and introduces me to new products all the time. (Cooper cheeses). She gets the five stars.”

“While they didn't have the wine I was looking for today, they do carry a wide variety.
I like the layout of the store with the exception of the bathroom, it's all the way at the other end of the store, and it never fails, I need to pee as soon as I walk in the place.
I don't care for the bakery products at Hannys but the deli and produce is typically very good.
They had what I needed on my latest visit. Seems about the same on my latest visit. This time also, just higher prices.”

“I ordered a cake from the bakery for my mothers birthday, I was supposed to pick it up tomorrow but I called an it turned out she had done the cake today, an I was able to pick it up early. When I got there she must've just left, but someone in the deli was happy to grab it for us.
Now when I ordered the cake I just did it through the online, customized order, I put in we'd like flowers and a hummingbird.
Now it's Hannaford right? I didn't have high expectations whatsoever but let me tell you when I say I'm impressed with how this cake came out, that would be an understatement, it's beautiful and my mom, she absolutely loves it 10x more than I do

“I made an order for new tires here. The wait for the tires was longer than I was told it would take, but when I made the long wait known to management, the team stepped in to resolve the issue. They handled the installation well and put my old tires in the trunk of my car without me even needing to ask.
After my new tires were installed, the technician told me one of the lug nuts was too damaged to be re-installed, and he suggested I go over to the VIP across the street to buy a new one. The guy at VIP tried to convince me the stud in my wheel was damaged and I needed to schedule an expensive repair next week. When I called Sam's Club, not only did they check my car to confirm the studs were fine, they installed the new lug nut (after I bought it) onto my car, so I wouldn't have to deal with VIP again.
I was not an easy customer and took a lot longer than anyone thought I would, but the service stayed great and everyone helped me until I was sure my car was safe to drive again. Thank you to James, Logan, and Jeremy at the tire & battery center.”
“Goo to pick up a few things for us locals. Some prices are higher than competitors but it's closer than Walmart in biddo or Scarborough. Wish they had more scanners and less self checkout because I've had it eat my cash before”

“One of the rarest pharmacies in the US. These folks do amazing work and help whenever they can. I can't say enough good, if you are looking for a pharmacy in the area you can't do better. The woman at the register with the beautiful eyes asks me all the time how my life is going and each time it feels like catching up with an old friend.”
“Such a refreshing pharmacy experience! My GI works through them regularly to get more expensive medications since they’re so good with insurance claims and authorizations. They even found a manufacturer coupon so I haven’t paid a single dime out of pocket for any of the 3 courses of my medication I’ve received from them! Despite being in Maine, I receive my medication in Chicago within 2 days. I’ve never had any issues with their customer service and it’s wonderful not having to wait on hold for 30+ minutes to speak to someone versus the retail pharmacies near me. Can’t recommend using their service enough!”

“Associates are very helpful and accommodating. Prices are great compared to local grocery stores. I love the scan and go feature. Do most of my shopping here, just wish the motorized scooter baskets were larger to accommodate large purchases and bigger size packages.”

“Victoria is the nicest, most helpful pharmacist who goes out of her way for her customers. She is always pleasant, even under pressure and even when working all by herself, covering the phones and the counter and filling prescriptions. I go out of my way just to pick up from this location because the customer service here vs Sanford CVS is night and day. I have never had a single bad experience with any of the employees in the Biddeford pharmacy and I have been picking up there for years. Thank you so much to all of you for your empathy and kindness. Some of your customers really need that at a time when they are going through difficult times with illness/mental struggles. It means a lot.”

“EMPLOYEE RECOGNITION: HunterHunter is absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond for me, more than anyone ever has, in answering my questions about Walgreens Cash, online orders, bag fees (charged $0.20 when I did not request or use any bags at all!), product stock, receipts not printing (only getting digital receipts!). And so many other things. He helped me place pickup orders for a product I was trying to buy where there was only 1 in stock at every Walgreens in the area, even though the sales required purchasing at least 4 in one transaction. Hunter gave me such stellar customer service, I never want to shop at a different Walgreens. He was so sweet, friendly, kind, ENDLESSLY PATIENT, and super professional. Please give this man a raise!!! He deserves it for all he puts up with, and he does this always with a smile and a sense of humor. “When one of my buddies wasn't feeling well while we were in Portland, I made a trip to this Walgreens to get Advil, water, candy and nuts...only the essentials, naturally. The store was clean, well-lit and well-stocked. Prices were reasonable and checkout was fairly quick. There's a parking lot here as well, which is nice because parking in downtown Portland is at a premium! If you have drugstore needs, this is your place.”

“A wonderful Pharmacy with a pleasant and knowledgeable Pharmacy team. I recently had a prescription filled at a local Hannaford pharmacy in Saco, Me.when I went to pick up my prescription they were charging me $1050.00 , I refused the prescription and had my local Walgreens have the prescription transferred over to them, when I picked up the prescription at Walgreens the price was $269.00 dollars, BIG SAVINGS!! The workers at the registers and throughout the store are also helpful , friendly and knowledgeable. Needless to say all my pharmacy shopping will only be done at Walgreens in Old Orchard Beach, Me”
