“Every time I need something obscure I end up calling the big guys- kl jack, grainger, etc. I'm not sure when I will learn to call HR first. Not only do they actually know what the heck they are talking about, but they always have had a good solution for me regardless of my endlessly unique electrical issues. Also- where else can you buy 8" diameter heat shrink? Can't speak highly enough.”

I visited this location to deal with a complicated account issue. They installed a TV mount that is incredibly solid, and went well above and beyond what they needed to do in securing and making sure the house construction behind it is going to last us a long time. They know what they're doing. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for - very solid work and highly recommended.”

“My Android phone needed to be replaced and I was fortunate to have store manager Cooper work with me and upgrade me to a Motorola phone. When the mailed Motorola phone arrived at my home, I went back to the Maine Mall store late that day and was able to have Cooper and asst. mgr. Kyle work at getting that phone operational and preparing the old phone for return by mail. In addition, Cooper had told me about T-Mobile's WiFi, so I came prepared to change to T-Mobile's equipment and service. This really was a fantastic retail experience.”

“During my move into a new apartment, we hit quite a few bumps. I have an upgraded washer and dryer but moved into an old building that made this a very difficult task. Aaron’s staff transferred them from the old apartment as well as came multiple times to fix the multiple issues we ran into. In the end, my washer needed to be sent out for service and they came and gave me a loaner in the mean time. Moving has been stressful on it’s own, and I appreciate the effort multiple staff members made to fix these issues!”

The woman at the register with the beautiful eyes asks me all the time how my life is going and each time it feels like catching up with an old friend.”

Aaron helped us out with the problem and did such a great job! He was incredibly knowledgeable, clearly knew what needed to happened and worked on it until he got the issue solved. “To say this location is busy is an understatement as they always have lines (they are that busy). They definitely have plenty of staff as I count 20+ at any given time, but to add more staff would only create a situation where the store is over crowded. They have utilized some COVID measures that does limit the number of people in store to the number of available staff which makes sense. In some instances if you are just browsing, they allow you to go in anyway.I have never had an issue with this location and I alway know what I want so I get in and out in under 10 minutes. That's the best strategy is got there with a decision already made and your wait time is cut in half compared to some of the other reviews.”

“I was in dire need of preparation h, my hemorrhoids were a-raging, I was in constant pain as they became worse and worse. I looked everywhere, high, low, side to side. Nothing. But then, it dawned on me, the store given to us by angels, my local Biddeford Walmart. I was struck with this feeling relief as I was certain that the perfect store had what I needed. And I was not wrong, they had plenty of preparation h. And I was finally happy as I was finally able to rub the ointment in my bottom upon the irritated spots. Life is finally good, after curing my hemorrhoids, I met the love of my life and had three kids, all thanks to Walmart! Thank you, Biddeford Walmart for changing my life.”

The guys at this Verizon store knew how to handle the issue and worked with us to get it resolved in the store. “The 7-Eleven I visit on Congress Ave in Portland is a good store as far as offerings go and most of the personnel are very good at what they do under difficult circumstances due to location and the intricacies of many of the customers that frequent this store it's a job I wouldn't want to do because it's not just clerical or cashier it's total customer service with authority which is needed to keep things in order to be friendly yet gain the respect of the customers that they must follow the rules or leave immediately. This is accomplished by your staff most of the time”
