“Needed a new bolt for a brake issue we had to get us back on the road safely for a 12 hour drive home. Our hotel was just a bit down the road and I saw their high rating and good reviews and decided to pop in first thing in the morning. I showed up, they took a quick look, found the size bolt we needed, installed it, and I was in and out in no time. The mechanic Christian was very helpful and checked some other bolts to make sure they weren't loose as well (and some were) and tightened those up too. I'd be happy to have them as my go-to shop if it weren't half a day's drive away.”

Decided to switch to T-Mobile based on an informal poll of my neighbors. After years of abuse from Fi and Mint, T-Mobile is such a breath of fresh air!

I love that if someone calls me, with T-Mobile my phone rings. Then I can answer the call and talk to the person. I can also call other people, who then comment on how much better I sound now. I can also send and receive texts in real time. Real time! I actually have to silence my phone at work now.

Sure, this is the bare minimum. But I'm paying for the bare minimum. I want the bare minimum. I'm now, for the first time in my life, getting what I want and am paying for in terms of a cell service plan.

And on that point, the team was really great. They did what they're probably supposed to do and made sure I knew about the higher-tier plans, but I never felt like I was being upsold or pressured to commit to more than I was prepared to. If someone from T-Mobile corporate see this, THAT'S A GREAT THING. In fact, please rework your app so that it's a little less full of your own ads and innocuous-looking sliders to enable new features that also result in an upcharge. Also, please fix the microsites for your authorized retailers so that they show all the different plans available, not just the most expensive ones. I wouldn't have known the right plan for me even existed but for word of mouth.

A huge thanks to Bobby and Adrienne for helping me through the process of switching. Their kindness, attention to detail, and systems knowledge made for a quick, painless, one-stop solution to a pretty big issue in my life. I don't expect it anytime soon, but if I have a problem with my phone or service down the line I'm totally confident that the team at this store will help me out.”

“After having one of the most awful customer service experiences of my life, we were dreading to come back. This time, however, was significantly different. After trying to add another line for two weeks, we decided to come back into the store and try again. The store manager, Nolan, and the other customer service representative, Landon were very patient and helpful with us. They were able to activate a SIM card for my daughter within 20 minutes. They also acknowledged the poor customer service from last time, apologized, and assured us that they take bad reviews seriously. So grateful for this experience after what happened last time. Couldn’t recommend this store enough.”

“During my move into a new apartment, we hit quite a few bumps. I have an upgraded washer and dryer but moved into an old building that made this a very difficult task. Aaron’s staff transferred them from the old apartment as well as came multiple times to fix the multiple issues we ran into. In the end, my washer needed to be sent out for service and they came and gave me a loaner in the mean time. Moving has been stressful on it’s own, and I appreciate the effort multiple staff members made to fix these issues!”

“Stopped in today looking for "cleaning vinegar" we asked Brierille if target sold it, she spent 10 minutes looking it up. texting and calling other staff members, she finally found some out back in storage, brought it out to us all the while smiling, we'll be back. Target has a good person there... also, the same trip young man overheard us talking about "what does this cost, he said Hey I have a scanner right here, scanned them, smiling very nice expectance.”

“I received a pair of skull candy earphones for Christmas. I understand these are not expensive earphones, $30, but they we not the $12 ones either. They stopped working in January. I took them back today, only to be told the Christmas deadline had already passed and they couldn't do anything for me. The deadline for returns is January 15 unless I purchased an extended warranty! Very disappointed that these earphones lasted about a month and Best Buy would do nothing for me. Poor customer service and the gentleman helping me kept referring to the "script" that I was past the deadline for returns. I didn't change my mind about the purchase... THEY STOPPED WORKING!!! No one is customer oriented anymore! Unhappy customer!”
