They've been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and professional from the very beginning. Everyone I've met there has been great, and spending time there while you get any car inspection/work done is very comfortable, no problem at all getting some work done while you wait, and staying caffeinated. “Amazing all around! I brought my Tesla Model Y here for some dent/paint repair after being hit in a parking lot. It was great to find a Tesla authorized repair shop to avoid having to drive to MA. The fix was done very well and looks brand new, bonus point for basically detailing the inside of the car as well.”

They also encouraged a wheel alignment for $129 that I thought was just a way for the dealership to make some money so I passed. Otherwise all went well.”

“Trying to write a review for the Rochester NH store but it will not come up as a location. I was working on my uncles 2015 Escalade a few weeks ago(Saturday) and needed a lane assist actuator for the drivers front seat. NOBODY around had one, not even the dealers. I called at 11 am and by 3pm they pulled one out of the Portland store and we were back on the road Sunday. I wanted to give a shout out for the great service.”

“My truck developed a coolant leak on Friday afternoon. My company TMC called around and FleetPride was the only place that said bring it in we will look at it on Monday. I dropped it off Friday. I called to check in on Monday around 10:00 and they had sent a tech to pick up a new radiator that was about an hour away. They told me they would do anything they could to get me up and running today. I stopped in around 4:00, found 2 guys on it and they were just finishing up. I was able to drive out of there a little after 5:00 and was able to make my delivery early in the morning. I will be calling these guys every time I need something done.”
