Helpful staff. Filthy washroom. I'm sure it can be hard to keep it clean, particularly if you're busy and seemingly the only person working there. I wonder why some of these establishments don't have the ability to spray the whole thing down and hose it off and let it air dry. Seems necessary.

Sign says open at 5am for cleaning... 5:15 rolls around and still closed. I tried to call multiple times because I just had a question. Clerk wouldn't answer the phone and I'm assuming simply silenced it after my first call because he walked around the counter and then walked away. I got out and tried calling standing outside the door and the phone wasn't ringing from within. Finally he came to the door and I attempted to ask him my question through it (since he just wouldn't open it to speak to me). Couldn't hear each other through the doors and he just laughed at me.I will run out of gas before I come here again.

Might as well flip a coin to see if this place will be open when you get there. The past two times I've been there after midnight there's been a sign on the door saying they were closed until 5am for "cleaning". According to LinkedInTammy Sherwood is the owner of this location, I wonder if she reads these reviews since people have been complaining about the store randomly being closed for over a year.

Says open 24 hours, walk to it and they have a sign that reads “closed for cleaning”, like this post when you experience the same thing. Guy inside just laughing at us, it’s 11:50. Edit: he just came out to tell us he won’t sell us anything until 5am, currently doing laps around the store, hope this helps you always choose a different gas station than 7/11

They were supposed to be open and they weren't. All the lights on but nobody's home. And then I get a message from the 7-11 robot asking me to go on a website to review it more but my phone wouldn't let me because the website is proven to be harmful to phones or computer's. It would just be nice to be able to get a genuine reply and maybe just an explanation for why they claim to be 24/7 but they're not. And the fact that all the lights were on just made me think that someone was in there, at least shut the lights off so people don't waste time stopping. And I'm not trying to be petty but this seems to be a trend with this place, allot of negative reviews about the same issue.

I used to go here every day when John ran it now the dude with the pony tail mowhawk works most of the shifts , doesn't clean anything or refill anything, is rude to most customers and leaves the place filthy while he plays games on his tablet all night leaving all the work for the nice Indian dude that works days, the pony tail Mohawk dude re runs the coffee grounds and doesn't wash the coffee pots. He's made me puke multiple times after a few sips of that brown garbage, bring John back, or fill shifts with literally any other employee at this location

Located right off merge to end/ beginning highway. 24 hr service is perfect for travelers, like me.
