While visiting Maine for the week I was thrilled to see a Life is Good store right in the heart of beautiful Ogunquit. I remember visiting one while in the Adirondacks NY and everything in the store will be sure to put a smile on your face. The staff certainly lives up to the brand's reputation of kindness and positivity. I felt very welcomed while visiting this store and found a great pair of swim trunks, so I was able to enjoy a great time at the beach there! The store was very well kept and staff was super helpful and friendly. Look forward to visiting again. Thanks!

Great selection of Life Is Good products and excellent customer service. I popped in there off-season looking for an insulated cup and spoke to the gentleman working about where to find one. He gave me some suggestions for shops in the area and mentioned he still had some water bottles in stock and would that be a suitable substitute for my needs. I happily purchased a LIG bottle instead, along with a T-shirt, because this fellow was kind enough to have a conversation and answer my questions instead of hard pitching his product only.

This is a copy of the e-mail I sent to the store manager Mark on August 1st after our problem at his store. I didn't even get the courtesy if a return e-mail.... Mark, I have never before written a complaint letter to a retail store. This will be my first. My wife and I arrived at your Ogunquit Maine Life Is Good store at 8:00 p.m on Monday August 1st. My wife entered the store and the store employee rudely stated to her that the store was closed. My wife said to him that the store 's web site lists the hours of operation as being open until 9:00. The store employee responded that the store reopens the next morning at 10:00 and we could shop at that time. When my wife showed the employee the actual web site he responded "tell it to my boss". We have been coming to Ogunquit for over 15 years. We probably have purchased over $1,000 in merchandise from this store over the years. This will be our final visit to your store. There is NO excuse for how this employee spoke to us. His behavior was plainly rude and lacked common decency. Your web site states how you are a local store. Ogunquit is a seasonal tourist town. Cool stuff inside, but they lost our sale because of the rude / unnecessarily grumpy older guy working there. After reading a few of the other reviews it seems like we weren't the only ones. Such a shame, because the place is cool, with cool clothes and stuff. If you're not deterred by rude old men, shop away! We chose not to give them our business and go across the street for much friendlier service.

Lovely place with lovely owners. Despite what other Yelp reviews say, this location is NOT closed currently. The gentleman behind the counter gave me a free sticker which I was in love with, so generous!!

While shopping and about to purchase some things the guy at front register said "Excuse me" to us because our 1 1/2 year old son was pulling on something hanging from the ceiling for about 1 second. Not to mention it was completely harmless and he didn't break anything. We yelled at him right away so completely unnecessary and the j*** lost a big sale. We can handle our son and don't need your remarks. Thank you.
