Room 104 looks over garbage pails and other not so nice looking items. It was disappointingand and only $5.00 less than my friend that had a cottage twice the size. But the staff if lovely and grounds nice. I knew not a water view but this was not expected.

We have been coming to Ogunquit for decades but never came upon this place before. From now on it will always be our first choice.

We have been staying at the Terraces for well over 20 years now. Each year we look forward to seeing the friendly staff, enjoying the continental breakfast and spending time together on their beautiful lawn or by the pool. We just came back from our annual summer trip and it was nothing less than amazing!
