It was a real discovery, because in this area there are many offers of accommodation facilities, however many of these are absolutely poor and at exaggerated prices. We found the rooms very spacious, very clean, comfortable bed, central location and at the same time surrounded by greenery and quiet, a beautiful well-kept swimming pool. A beautiful porch in front of the rooms, reserved and kind cleaning staff. Breakfast offered on weekends. Staff at the reception were really very friendly. Really good price considering the service offered. We wanted to stay for two nights, we stayed 10 nights and will return many more times. A thousand thanks.
Rooms: Spacious and very clean, with comfortable bed.

What an absolutely wonderful place!! The room was beautiful. Very very clean. You can tell the staff take exceptional pride in first impressions of their guests. The room came with everything you need for a stay. Refrigerator, hair dryer, great size TV, air conditioning, coffee maker, lots of space for clothing, a table and chairs both inside and outside on the balcony so you can sit and eat in comfort. Don't get me started on the shower! Amazing water pressure and very high quality shower fixtures. Why wax lyrical about the shower? Go there, try it.
We had a king deluxe room. For $100 a night it was amazing value.
The best part of our stay here was the staff. Both on the front desk and housekeeping, the service was warm, friendly and caring. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We had to extend for an additional night and didn't even have to switch rooms. Effortless and flawless exemplary customer service. We will be going back again in the future. Thank you to all of the kind staff for hosting us and making our trip an amazing experience. We appreciate you.

First time visiting Maine! This place was really nice. Our room was clean and a good size. Two Queen beds with a sitting area. With a deck or front with chairs. The water pressure was really great. The front desk stuff was very friendly. She even let us know what a really good place was to go eat lobster at. Would definitely stay here again. We are planning a trip for next year and this is on my list for a place to stay.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. The bathroom could use an update. You are less than a 1/4 mile from the beach. Excellent for the price and location.

Nice clean basic room. Beautifully pool and lawn sitting areas. Pleasant walk to beach. Town center is a bit more of a hike but doable.

Booked this hotel to stay in for a night on the coast. Ended up in the hospital having emergency surgery and they have refused to refund me any portion of my stay. I understand there is a cancellation policy and would not have minded a penalty, but to keep the whole cost of the trip is just beyond unacceptable.I sent them copies of my hospital stay, my surgery, etc. and they still refused any kind of refund.Definitely won't be booking here again.

This place is absolutely perfect. Clean, central to everything including trips to Boston or Bangor. I look forward to staying here again and you are a mile walk to the Footbridge to the beach. The breakfast is kinda lame with just bagels and Aldi cereal, but hey you eat for energy. THANK YOU GUYS FOR A GREAT 1ST VISIT TO NEW ENGLAND!!!!Rooms: Clean and basicNearby activities: Beach, far enough from the shops where you could save money :) , but close to the Omelet FactorySafety: Very safe and quietWalkability: Less than a mile walk to the beach

If you are looking for a comfy, cozy, and reasonably priced resort in Ogunquit, you have to spend a night or two at “The Milestone”.The Milestone is a seasonal, beach-town resort. We drove up to Maine for a weekend trip and decided to stay at The Milestone. The staff was extremely accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed and that there were no issues. The first night we stayed in their Two-Queen Bed Suite. It has two queen beds, a walk-in shower, and a large sitting area with a couch and chairs. For those who like to enjoy their morning coffee, each room has chairs and a table outside your door. The suite was spotless and very clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the pillows were nice and supportive. The room isn’t the most modern, but it is a beach town. You’re spending time out and about, not staying in your room all day.We loved it so much we reached out to the office to extend our stay an extra day. Unfortunately, someone had the suite booked so we had to move rooms. No big deal. The staff met us outside and handed us our keys to our new room. The room was still very spacious considering it is not a suite. The beds were comfortable in this room as well. They do a great job of keeping the property in tip-top shape. They are also much more reasonable than some of the other resorts! We paid around $100 each night, which is very reasonable in my opinion. We wished we could’ve extended our stay ANOTHER day. Unfortunately, we had to head back to Boston for a prior commitment. We love the place. It is incredibly quaint and cozy.I would strongly suggest “The Milestone” for those traveling up to Ogunquit. The accommodations are spotless and the staff is very responsive to any issues or concerns that may arise. My only tip is to be sure you’re out at 11AM sharp. They have zero flexibility with that. The phone in the room literally rang at 11AM on-the-dot.If it was busy and peak season, I could understand. However, this was not the case. They even closed one of the buildings given the season winding down. They could be more flexible with this. I come to relax, not scramble to be out at 11AM sharp.Rooms: Rooms are spotless and clean. It’s very quiet, you don’t hear other guests walking around above you.Safety: Area and Resort is very safe. You can open the windows at night to enjoy the ocean without concern.Walkability: Ogunquit is a walking town. However, Uber and Lyft are available.Food & drinks: No restaurant or bar on site. Plan on going out to eat and drink.
