My partner and I very much enjoyed our stay at the Bourne Bed and Breakfast. The bed was extremely comfortable and our stay was very enjoyable between the delicious breakfast (especially the daily home baked goods), the hospitality of the owners, and the close proximity to all of the sites of Ogunquit. I didn't realize parking in town would be a pain, so the B&B being within walking distance of everything was a plus.We highly recommend a stay at this place because we will definitely be back.

My friend and I just completed a 5 night stay at the B3 b&b and we had an incredible stay. The check in was very simple, and Scott and Tina were so friendly and helpful. There’s included parking for one car. The room was clean and tidy and came with everything we needed, like soaps and shampoos, a blow dryer, etc. Each morning Tina would take our breakfast orders on the porch and her baked goods are heavenly. Coffee and tea and some baked goods are available at all times. The interior of the bnb is so cute, too. They cleaned our rooms daily unless requested not to, and did a wonderful job. There’s a hammock and some Adirondack chairs out front on the neatly kept lawn. They also have beach chairs and umbrellas and beach towels and mats to use! The location is perfect - close enough to walk in each direction of the town, and close to restaurants and the Marginal Way path. I can’t wait to return to Ogunquit and B3!

Tina and Scott are such nice folks and very welcoming. Their B&B is very clean and quiet, and close to downtown Ogunquit (and about an 18 minute walk to the beach and easily walkable on sidewalks). I admired their beautifully landscaped property while sitting in the Adirondacks in the grass and when eating breakfast on the front porch. Breakfast was so delicious, especially the pastries - different each day! It's obvious that Tina and Scott have a very high attention to detail with the experience they provide for their guests. They go the extra mile for their guests, and we will definitely be back! This is the perfect place for couples to stay in Ogunquit! I highly recommend it!Rooms: Very clean rooms, and plenty of towelsWalkability: Easy to walk to downtown Ogunquit or Perkins Cove on the sidewalks. About an 18 minute walk to the beach.Food & drinks: Breakfast served every morning 8-10. Delicious pastries by Tina! Coffee and tea available in the common room 24/7. Light snacks available too.

Wonderful time-out vacation! Loved it! Never been to Maine. Owners Scott & Tina create a terrific environment if your looking for cozy bed & breakfast place with good home made goodies (Thank You Again Tina!), architecture dating back over 100yrs ago, beautiful costal hiking, even a theatre & felt I was in NYC seeing a play! To add We saw play 'Beautiful' which was nothing less than outstanding! If your into 'day trips' there are wonderful sites, litehouses & more in Freeport and Portland is a wonderful city! What else can I say?! Much More! You'll find boat tour, good places for lunch or dinner as you hike along 'Marginal Way'.This has been nothing less than a wonderful, relaxing experience!?

Tina made sure that our breakfast choices were freshly prepared. The array of choices was greater than one would expect from a continental breakfast. The room was larger than we expected and a cool respite from the unseasonably hot weather. The B3 location and ample parking make for easy access to both Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way cliff walkway.

Tina and Scott are the perfect hosts! Tina is a fantastic cook; we appreciated very much her Rubarb cake and apricot Scones. Coffee, tea and tisanes are always available at all time. The daily clean up is very extensive and well done! The situation of B3 couldn’t be better with easy walking distance from Peggy’s Cove, from downtown Ogunquit and from the beach. It is our third stay and we recommend strongly this place.

just spent a long weekend here & loved the place. Our room was neat & clean with a additional sitting room and large bathroom. the breakfast was good and they provided a gluten free option each day as i have celiac disease and they were all tasty. even the non gluten free eaters agreed. the location was great with many restaurants & attractions within walking distance.scott & tina were great hosts and Tina even offered to make us breakfast 2 hrs ahead of their schedule as we were leaving very early on our last day.first time is Maine & we enjoyed.

I liked this B&B very much. Great location, nice rooms, really comfortable bed, great shower. I like B&B's that you get a little privacy, not the big communal breakfast where you feel almost forced to talk to people you don't know. Everyone was friendly, but nothing ever was forced or too much. The fresh baked treats every morning were delicious, which brings me to the only thing that could maybe get it to 5 stars, one or 2 savory breakfast options. Eggs, waffles, something of that nature. The lack of those wouldn't keep me from staying there again though, we had a great couple of days in Ogunquit

Wow, can't say enough great things about this bnb. Tina the host was very hospitable and welcoming. Our room on the third floor was immaculate. King bed was super comfortable. Bathroom with just a small shower was perfect. Walking to the beach was a quick 15 minutes and restaurants along the way. A great weekend getaway.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely B&B. It was clean and spacious with beautiful grounds and public areas. Our bed was super comfortable and we really appreciated the room amenities (coffeemaker, fridge, ceiling fan) especially during COVID. Breakfast was fresh & delicious, and included fruit, yogurt, baked goods and hard boiled eggs. The inn is in a great location, providing easy access to the downtown area. A great value and enjoyable stay! We would definitely return and highly recommend.

We loved our stay at this B&B. We stayed in the Queen Suite (room 5) at Bourne B&B during our time in Ogunquit, and we wish we'd stayed longer! The room itself had a separate bedroom and small "living room," which really made it feel like a home rather than a hotel. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was enormous, and the breakfast each morning was great. We particularly loved the blueberry bread, which was more like a cake. It was delicious! Thank you to the staff of Bourne B&B for exceptional service during our stay.
