This shop is a true gem in the heart of the charming area known as Perkins Cove. There are the most wonderful and unique gifts for anyone you can think of to be found here. Be sure to take your time, as every nook contains some new treasure to be discovered. The owners are two of the most friendly people you could hope to meet. Looking forward to my next visit to see what exquisite new items await! Definitely don't miss this shop when you are in the area.

Went to Aquinnah's yesterday and found that the pottery store from the other side had broken through and taken Aquinnah's space!! When I asked the owner what happened, he said that Christine decided to close her business after 20 years!! Wish her all the best but certainly a big loss!!! Thank you, Christine!!!

This was one of the worst experiences I've had in a retail establishment. My friend and I are on vacation exploring shops in Perkins Cove. We wandered into Aquinnah because I've shopped there before. Since we haven't seen each other in over a year we started a conversation and stalled in the shop. There were no other customers in the store. We were in the middle of our conversation when the saleswoman asked us to “take it outside†because she had no interest in what we were discussing. I had no idea her business is that good that she can ask paying customers to leave her shop. I grew up in retail and would NEVER be so rude to a customer. Needless to say I will not be returning there. If this was the owner I'm shocked. If this was an employee I feel for the owner because she is paying someone to ruin her business.
