I don't know what happened, whether I entered the wrong address or if there was a snafu with the website but the arrangement was delivered to the wrong address. I called to discuss and the gentlemen who answered the phone said "I'm headed out that way today I'll redeliver". WOW! Zero hesitation, zero issue! I've created a contact for this flower shop and will definitely use them in the future! Even though my friends Birthday was Saturday and will get her flowers today (Monday) it has been a very pleasant experience. Things happen. It doesn't make me happy no matter where the hiccup came from but I understand. It's all in how things are rectified that makes ALL the difference in the world. I give Visions Flowers & Bridal Designs an A+. Thank you so very much and keep up the fabulous work!

Lisa and Miah went above and beyond for my wedding! The bouquet they created for me was gorgeous and all the other flowers were beautiful. They truly made my day perfect! Visions is the perfect place to go for all your flower needs.

Lisa and her staff listen intently to my and everyone's needs and provide exactly what we need. Visions Flowers & Bridal Designs send flowers all over the country. I live in Iowa and have had many arrangements mailed to me, describing them only over the phone and they have always been just what I've wanted colors, flowers and all. They are the best in the country.

We wanted a small arrangement for a friend's funeral and they said they'd make one up for us in our price range. The arrangement was so beautiful and so well done. We've ordered flowers from Visions Flower shop only a few times for funerals and we've been so pleased each time. We won't go anywhere else in the future. Thank you so very much.
