The best customer service I have ever experienced. I received a recliner with a broken frame. They were at my house twice for this in one day. They ordered a new frame. Two week delivery. Within a week, they found the exact same chair in their warehouse and had it to me in 30 minutes.AMAZING. Highly reccomed.
