Went in for a alignment.Recieved a call from them, and they told me I had a bent rim.I told them to change the bent rim to the rear and do the alignment. They told me I would have to make another appointment. Then they charged me $86 for doing nothing.Great business practice.I will be happy to tell all I know what a rip off this company is.

Had a similar experience to the review from Joshua S.Avoid this garage at all costs. Whatever the cost is, it will be cheaper than their labor rates. Dishonest business practices as well.My truck sat for a while after getting rear ended. Ford service center did a full inspection (aside from the body damage to bumper and tailgate) and said it needed new rear brake pads and maybe rear rotors. Drove the truck as is a few times but brakes were shuddering. Then RF caliper was sticking a little and got ABS malfunction warning and a couple of others. Took it to Wiles for work on brakes. Planned to have the body work done there as well eventually.Despite the fact that I had just done the front brakes myself just weeks before the truck got hit, when Wiles called with a list of needed repairs it included pads and rotors all the way around. The other repairs were a new FR caliper and RR parking brake shoes and backing plate, and some sensors. I figure ~$1,500 parts and labor is a fair ballpark to expect. They quote me a price of ~$2,697.00!!! A price close to what Ford charged me to take the top end of my engine off!A few days later, I get them the damage assessment from the insurance adjuster for the body work. Then they call me and say they have a problem with the labor rate the insurance approved at $60/hr. They want $75/hr and say I can fight the insurance company about it or I will have to pay the difference. They say it will be $500 more in labor than what the insurance company has approved. Then they call back again saying they found more damage to the brakes. What more could there be? They already have me for brake pads and rotors all the way around, which was already suspicious as Ford said only the back ones needed work and I already did the fronts, a caliper replacement, and the rear parking brake! How much more are we talking? Another ~$400! Then they call back AGAIN to say one of the parts is backordered so they have to get a more expensive one from Ford and the bill is going up again! That's not how estimates work! You investigate the problem, assess what it needs COMPLETELY and give a quote for repairs and stick to it. Not get the approval to make repairs based on a half-assed assessment and then hike up the bill another half grand because you conveniently "find" more damage and because you can't get the parts for the price you originally quoted! If you give a bad quote and that's on you and you eat that cost, not the customer. Especially once you have their vehicle taken apart and the repairs halfway done with an agreement to pay! That's not an honest way to do business. So now the bill has gone up to $3,127.08. I'm not happy but I approve the cost, but tell them we are going to have to wait on the body work. Then, when everything is finally fixed, I pick up the truck and the bill has gone up another $135 to $3,262.08!!! No explanation for what that was supposed to have paid for, either verbally or on the invoice. Then I see that I have been charged over $1600 in labor costs alone at $100+/hr! What happened to the $75/hr??? Dealerships charge ~$75/hr and they are already notoriously expensive! I was also charged $35 for "shop materials". What is that? The latex shop gloves? Degreaser hand soap they use in the bathroom? Shop towels? It wasn't slide pin grease because they charged me another $45 for that even though I know for a fact it comes in the kits that they ordered. They even charged me $30 for the shipping costs! That's the overhead cost for running a garage and they are charging customers for it! What else do I have to pay for, their water and electric bill too?The sad part is they lost a whole other $3500 job because they were greedy over $500. I will just do the body work myself and take it somewhere reputable with fair prices to do the paint.Stay away unless you have money to throw away and don't care about getting scammed and ripped off.

Rude owners. I went in for a sticker and needed new front shocks. Which needs an alignment when done. My front tires maybe 3 weeks old that showed no wear prior wore down to the cord on the inside of both front tires maybe a week after. I went back and confronted the owner with the receipt for the tires I had on my car. He went out to the parking lot and immediately said my tires were old. I explained to him there was no way it was natural. He told me they didn't do the alignment, then said they did do an alignment. We finally came to an agreement of we would split the cost of new tires. I specifically asked to get the exact tires as a replacement because if I was going to pay for half I did not want the cheapest you could buy. So I showed up to the new appointment and was told they did not have the tires. This happened 2 or 3 more times causing me to drive there with dangerous tires. Finally they had the tires and I dropped my car off having stuff to do. I received a phone call from the son of the owner saying to return with no explanation saying just get here and hung up. A few hours passed after I was finally finished with other business I called them and the owner answered. I asked if they had installed my new tires he said no and explained to me I was missing a camber adjustment bolt and that they did do an alignment for my car. I was frustrated with the back pedaling didn't see how this wasn't their full responsibility considering my tires before going there were fine when I drove with them for a few weeks no issue and how it was missed during the initial visit. Also how one camber adjustment bolt effected both tires. I still paid for half of the tires after arguing which ended up being the cheapest tires you can get for that car. They scratched my wheels when installing the new tires. I left with the new tires and made an appointment with another garage to replace the missing part.

I absolutely love this garage. Everyone I’ve talked to there is friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. The mechanics are top-notch and always explain clearly what the issues are with my vehicles. I’ve never once felt talked down to (which has happened at other places), and they’re always able to fix my vehicles in a timely and super professional manner. Just got back from getting my Jeep fixed (muffler issue) and I am amazed at how efficient they were. All around great business and I am always impressed with their work and customer service. Thank you guys for making what could’ve been a very stressful situation elsewhere very easy and wonderful.

Car wasn't staring when I took it to them. they started to work on it a couple Fridays ago, told me that they would have a better answer for me on Monday. I called Monday and they hadn't looked at it called Tuesday and they still hadn't looked at it. They didn't start on it until Thursday. They told me that the engine was running rough which was weird bc it wasn't before it died. When I went to go pick the car up, I looked under the hood and they had left a bottle of brake cleaner and a bunch of spare wires under the hood. I also noticed that the reson the car was running rough was because they didn't take the time to put the car back together properly and connect 2 vacume hoses after working on it. Waste of $700 for poor service.Service: Electrical

Have used these guys before and trusted them well in what they could do for auto and body work. I had them repaint a quarter panel after being sideswiped. When I went to pick up the car it was as though they had not buffed at all or finished the painting and sealcoating. Due to being a first responder and scheduling problems, I had no way of picking up the vehicle during proper hours without having to wait long enough where they would start to charge me to keep the vehicle. I appreciate it that after paying for the vehicle they offered to finish the buffing with no further charge. When I did go and pick up the car later on it was as though no further buffing had been done.I just wish they took more pride in their work and held to their word of finishing the job.Service: Painting

Hats off to these guys. They’re wicked good at what they do and very affordable. When my vehicle broke down they knew it would be atleast a week before parts arrived and work completed. They went out of their way to see to it that I had wheels while my vehicle was down. #LoanerCar. Great job Cory @Wiles Garage
