Dr. Kuhn was extremely nice. Explained everything in great detail. Always asked if I had any questions. My first visit with him was excellent. He also gave me options before surgery was answer. I would highly recommend him.

Everyone at Spectrum was a delight to work with from check-in to check-out. They were kind and courteous. We had hardly any wait time and felt the staff was knowledgeable and informative.

I utilized the walk-in clinic—I’ve been suffering from severe pain in my hips. The entire staff was so kind and helpful, professional and caring. I was able to be diagnosed, and a plan moving forward was developed. I’m so impressed and pleased with my experience at Spectrum!

I would 100% recommend Dr Scott. I loved his patient calm being. He was totally Gentle and listened and answered my questions. I was very comfortable knowing it was going to be painful but it was not half as bad as I expected. I left happy he was my doctor. Sincere thanks.

I've always had great experiences with Dr. Scott. He had removed a bump from my little finger many years ago and also referred me to a hip specialist for hip pain. He's nice and courteous and the office is always friendly.

I have been suffering with a very bad arthritic shoulder and have gone to Spectrum Orthopaedics in Portland, ME for cortisone injections to get me by. It got to the point that I was losing sleep for months because of the pain. I am a widow and still work to support myself so it came time to talk surgery. Dr. Wolf saw the xrays and said, "Let's do this. Let's get it done." That was March 2023. I had a family function I needed to attend so one more time I received the cortisone. He made sure I was able to do the trip, but we made plans for July to do the surgery. It couldn't come fast enough.It's over, I'm healing, I am able to do the simple things again like tie my shoes, scramble an egg, dry my hair - things that used to cause overwhelming pain. I only missed a month of work and my six week check up with Dr. Wolf was successful. He was pleased with the outcome and my progress. Thanks to Cheri, his PA, for helping me over the last couple of years and in the OR. I highly recommend Dr. Wolf if you are needlessly suffering because he can give you your life back!

Dr. Wolf is the best! He listens carefully, gives options in a caring manner, then honors what his patient's are ready for. My recent visit focused on my need for knee surgery, yet Dr. Wolf agreed to trying a cortisone shot again dispite the previous shot not helping. This shot has provided tremendous relief. Thank you for asking.

My second visit to see Dr Wolf as a great as the 1st. He was very attentive to my questions and concerns. He answered them all with great concern. I will now be seeing Dr Wolf in the surgery room for a full knee replacement. I have the utmost confidence in Dr Wolf.

Dr Barr was introduced to me by my sister when i needed hip replacement, since then he has always been there for me with my knee surgery. He has a great personality and explains everything very well. He will always be my go to specialist as im finding out old age is not for sissies.

I am a former patient. Had my shoulder replaced and was very satisfied.I saw Dr Stephen Barr for a knee replacement. Staff was wonderful and I was very pleased with Dr Barr.Hope for an appointment soon.

Did a total knee replacement with Dr Barr in august ‘22. Good outcome. Still somewhat stiff but hoping for a bit more flexion over time. Dr Barr responsive and supportive throughout process.

When I was looking for a doctor I knew I wanted to go to Spectrum OA because they did my knees. So I read all the reviews on the doctors. Dr Newmans patients said very nice things about him and they were happy, so I chose him. Dr. Newman and his assistant Ashly were so nice , answered all my questions and concerns. All the staff at Spectrum are very nice. If I ever had to do the other hip I would definitely go to Dr. Newman. I went through Portland office.Thank you, Marie Hibl

Dr. Newman was engaged and listened to my issue. He covered all available options, with pros and cons and wanted my feedback and any questions. He walked me through the whole process of what would happen step by step and with a time frame

Spectrum Orthopedics is the only orthopedic office I would go to. Dr. Newman is exceptional. He not only is an amazing surgeon but he specializes in rare occurances. He is knowledgeable as well as has an excellent bedside manner which I find is important when you are in need of medical services. I am fortunate to have him as my surgeon.
