“Beautiful strawberries, and very flavorful. Also picked up some Maine blueberry honey, which is amazing, gorgeous locally grown garlic and tomatoes, sadly no fresh peas the day we were there.”

“Update: They are starting to update their store! I hope they continue to butcher there own meat and offer that slightly different stuff that you can't get at the big chain places. As this updates, I hope a beer cave is a consideration. Certainly carry a huge selection of beers and wines and alcohol for a small store, feel like a beer cave would allow for more products and take care of the overcrowding. The people (other than one old, heavier set lady who I haven't seen there in a bit) are great. They really do a great job watching the front of the store, and getting people up to help get people checked out as quickly as they can. So no 60 minute shopping and 60 minute check-out lines here. Thanks to you all.Small in town Grocery Store. The people who work there are very nice, maintaining that small town feel. I agree with the reviewer who said an update is needed. In fact, with the larger chain moving into town and even with their loose partnership, they could really give this place a makeover. The liquor/beer section is decent, but a beer cave and strategic layout of alcohols could be a good sales point. I feel this store could showcase a modern butcher shop with some local meats (the meats here are better when they are fresh), offer more locally sourced produce, and almost give it a Bow Street Market kind of feel, but with the more affordable product the town currently supports. I do use this place when I need to grab some quick stuff I forget, but with a little makeover as suggested, I'd do my entire shopping here because it's close and easy. Just my two cents.”

“My family adores the Good Life Market. The food and drinks are all delicious. We have not been disappointed by a single thing yet. The staff is wonderful! Also, love the local options.”

“This store I fairly new to our area however, I find it very helpful where it is in it's location! Great place to put that store, I go there very often and always find what I'm seeking at the most reasonable affordable prices! The staff is very friendly and super helpful! “I would say Moran's meets expectations. It's a small local spot with your typical deli/quick service options. There is some outside seating for when it's nice out. I had the small salami Italian for lunch. It wasn't as loaded with ingredients as I would've expected, but it was tasty and fresh. The bread was really good. I'd order lunch here again for something quick and easy, and I hear the pizza is good, so that's something to try in the future. Maybe I'd take off half a star just because there aren't a ton of choices, but it gets the job done in a pinch.”

“I love the small footprint of this store. It has a good variety of all the essentials, without being completely overwhelming. It's always easy to get in/out, and it's one of the cleanest and best organized Hannaford stores. Always friendly staff too!!!”

“It is a fine store. Decent layout, things are well-marked, and they have items set aside in special area of the aisles for people with different dietary restrictions or requirements. The selection was ok, but for a small store in a small place, it was very good and I got what I needed.”

“Went here to fix the bathroom sink & did some shopping after we finished the Job. I have to say this is the cleanest dollar general store we’ve been in to date in central Maine. The staff were very polite and helpful. Everyone was doing something in the store which was really nice to see. 10/10 recommend going to this location.”

“This Hannaford is an easy stop from exit 53 on the Maine Turnpike. Super simple to get right back on the pike from here too. The Hannaford itself is pretty nice. Their cheese department has a lot to choose from. Tonight the olive bar was completely empty though which was disappointing and I do feel other locations have a larger bakery department. Overall a very good Hannaford.”

“I was having a problem with refilling my medication-back and forth from the docts. office to pharmacy because the directions were not written correctly + insurance would not cover it (what a mess).During my last conversation I was lucky enough to speak with Autumn who took the time to call my docts. office and straitened everything out. She even called me back to let me know it was all taken care of and when my prescription would be ready for pick up. Great customer service is hard to find these days and for this I am grateful.Thank you”

“Nice grocery store. Ordered cooked lobster and steamers from the seafood department. They were clean, hot and ready on time. Still hot after reaching the house and ready to eat.Highly Recommend ordering cooked lobsters and steamers.Some items to consider is that the other seafood is not all fresh items like above. Ask before purchasing. We bought some of the frozen shrimp and other defrosted fish.Cooking the fish and shrimp on the BBQ turned out very good and all guests said it was very delicious.”

“Really impressed with this Hannaford. As a Portland area person, of course my first thought of Hannaford is Forest Ave - but since my office moved over to Riverside, I've frequented this Hannaford quite a bit. Sure, their selection is smaller - like, a lot smaller - than Forest Ave, but what they lack in selection they make up for in customer service. The folks at the deli are fabulous, and through all this virus craziness, they've been very clearly diligent about cleaning/sanitizing/ensuring their customers feel they are doing their due diligence. I went through a checkout the other day and the cashier was great - switched gloves between customers, used sanitizer - she was friendly and gracious when I apologized I even had to be there to get anything!! They've got a hot bar, salad bar, bakery, and produce - what else do you need?! They also have a great selection of Amy's organic frozen meals, which is my go-to. Really fab location.”

The staff here have worked their way up through the ranks. Which makes them happy to be where they are. All friendly helpful and happy to help. The store itself has gone through a major overhaul. They have solar panels on the roof, way to go for them. They have Walmart pay which is well a whole other beast. They have added a park and shop, which I haven't tried however I know a lot of people who like it, They have had good experiences using it. There is a five-county credit union inside for convenience. They have a Dunkin's inside which works with the Dunkin's app. The tire and service center is a toss-up it's rarely staffed correctly however if on the off chance you manage to find it staffed fully you might get good service and installation. They had gun cases however I am Not sure if they will be selling guns or not. They all but closed up Their seafood section. I've never had good luck with their meats if your feeling daring have at it... However, I find that to be a staple of most Walmart stores not only this one. Produce in this store is pretty good, Large selection while culled produce. also as previously stated the staff has been a while so a lot of them have regulars. The store itself is kept very clean and fresh, Which is a huge concern these days. Electronics is always busy, especially with it being blended into their cellular sales department. Hardware is not anything special, Very basic selection. Toys standard variety. The pet section has a number of standard pet foods and toys, Their fish section is still up however last time I was there. The tanks were not filled. They have a pharmacy along with a good section of basic over the counter meds. They have increased their cosmetics section so you should have no trouble finding what you want. Lawn and garden has not changed much, Very standard. All in all the store is standard in most things that Walmart does. The staff being familiar and friendly here is a huge plus, however. Along with their cleaning staff making sure everyone is safe and healthy.”

“A big, open, clean and well organized store with competitive prices. The meat department is exceptional with great cuts of meat on sale like NY strip steaks. The store is set way back off the road and can be missed especially with Walmart signage dominating the area”
