Professional movers, all experienced and had good teamwork to get my heavy item moved. It was a quick process.
3 stars for the additional $200 charged after the move. Was sent an invoice, then the next day they just charged my card on file.
I gave them the weight of the heavy item and travel distance and they quoted me 3 movers. They sent 4. It is stated in their policy that they may send 1 or 2 more movers without additional notice and the cost may be around the same price. Only went with Liberty because they were the cheapest by $200. If I went with the guys I used last time I could have at least saved $50.

I would definitely recommend this company. The people who helped load and unload the van were clearly very capable.They carefully wrapped breakable items and worked quickly. A nice plus was that they were respectful and patient.

Liberty Bell Moving & Storage provided a seamless moving experience for us. It was our first time working with a moving company and we will absolutely hire them for our next job. Getting a quote was as easy as filling out an online form and the price was reasonable. The movers were prompt and courteous. It was easy peasy!

My brother recommended Liberty Bell after he had a great experience with his long-distance move from NY to Biddeford. I'm so glad I followed his recommendation. First of all, the process of booking the move was easy and quick. But moving day was when my movers really shined. It could have been a disaster - the usual entrance to my apartment complex is blocked off due to construction, so you have to navigate a maze between other buildings to even find my place. Unfortunately, once they found my building the movers realized that the van would not fit under a bridge, so they couldn't get near my entrance. It took a while, and they did it all on their own, but they finally figured out how to get my stuff to my apartment. I know it was pretty far away, because it took a long time between trips. My movers were pleasant, courteous and treated my belongings with care. And I didn't hear a single complaint about how long it took to get from the van to my apartment. Bottom line: I will definitely use Liberty Bell again for any future moves, and will not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I was given the "30 days to vacate orde"r by the new owner of the apartment building where I had lived for ten years so finding an apartment and an available mover was a challenge. Liberty Bell was very responsive to email and or text. Chris and Sam provided very good service, they were focused on getting things out of the old apartment and into the new with zero damage to household goods or building. They went over and above by putting together a shelving unit I needed assembled, too. Overall I am very happy with the responsiveness and quality of their service.

I hired Liberty Bell to move all of my furniture into my garage so I could have a hardwood floor installed. And after the floor installation, Liberty Bell returned everything to it's original place in my home. For both moves, I found their crews to be professional, careful with my possessions, very pleasant and easy to work with. Their management personnel were flexible and responsive to my requests. I can recommend this company without reservation.

We would 100% use Liberty Bell Moving & Storage again, They were immediately responsive for scheduling, on time, reasonably priced, and the two employees who moved us were AMAZING! They were polite, personable, and moved everything (very large and heavy office furniture) without a single annoyance. A+ for Liberty Bell Moving!

On time, professional and moved everything quickly! We even asked the guys to move a couple of extra couches that were already at the destination to a different location and they had no problem adjusting to our request.

I hired Liberty Bell to move large items from my old house in Portland to a new house on the other side of town. They were outstanding! The two guys who came (on a Sunday morning) were efficient, pleasant and very customer-focused. Communications from the office were helpful and timely. When the old house sells, I'll definitely hire Liberty Bell again!!!

Liberty Bell moved some furniture for me from NH to NYC and it was a hassle free experience. The 2 guys who moved the furniture were profession, friendly and efficient. The whole process from estimate to pick up to delivery went as promised and the estimate they gave was accurate which was also nice.
