These employees are amazing. I went into Newport store 6/20/2023 to have my phone checked. Wiley and Kim were working, Kim was with a customer so Wiley helped me with my problem he tried 2 things and got my iPhone working again. The only problem the woman Kim was helping was so rude to her, Kim was very very calm trying to help this woman, but Kim kept her cool. This customer called Kim incompetent (not true),I mean I was there and this woman made me uncomfortable. I just want to let the powers the be know Kim and Wiley are awesome.

Horrible customer service. Absolutely no help at all. Both times I've gone in the newport store, the woman told me to call customer service. She tried to blame me for a faulty galaxy z fold 4. That is my second replacement, due to faulty folding screen. I will not step foot in the newport store again.Will continue to go to the bangor store from now on. Actual helpful employees.

I messed my apple id up, went in to the Newport store and KIM got me fixed up in about 2 minutes thanks again great service.
