Jesse is the definition of top-notch customer service! After six months of talking to multiple different customer service representatives and getting nothing but dead ends, Jesse helped to resolve the issue in less than an hour. He has great communication skills and maintained a positive attitude through this difficult situation. He was able to do all this while running the store by himself and still making sure to acknowledge every customer that came in and multitasked to serve them while we were waiting on hold. Thank you, Jesse! Your superior customer service kept us as Verizon customers!
