Andrew Fenton is thee worst so called manager he wanted to call the business I received my check from and because I didn't have the number on me his attitude was down right discusting and rude. I asked if I could get it and bring it back he waved me off and deactivated my account. I had just recently checked my balance and all of a sudden my bank account has been deactivated saying for non-usage is what I was told by the customer service rep which I don't understand because I have monthly deposits. That has got to be illegal all along with the same check that I deposited into my account on hold. How is that even possible?

They do not answer their phone it goes to a message that you can only listen to they also told me in person that they were open on Sundays but they're recording says they're not and I went there Sunday and they were not open their service is terrible I went there in person to make a deposit there was one other customer in front of me and the two tellers were off to the side chit-chatting and doing something on the computer did not even look up to acknowledge us finally after about 5 minutes I spoke up and they did something absolute terrible Bank

Andrew Fenton is the rudest banker I have ever encountered. I had a large check clear 3 days ago. I wanted to withdraw some funds. Andrew felt the need to call the check issuer and ask about the check. To were the business I was received the check from thought something was wrong. He is so unprofessional. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Bank ATM : Deposit 2 $100 Bills and spits 1 out and then keeps my card and say for security reason and no recite and call online to find what the heck is going and they tell me they can’t do anything and I have to go to the bank in the morning! okay I’m losing a day pay because of the equipment and I work 12 hr day!!! How about you contact your branch tomorrow and handle your problems and get my money back and card ! Had nothing but problems with TD Bank since going there since I’m a big Bruins Fan!

Went here on my lunch break today for a new card, Linus was great and worked quick for me so I wasn't late coming back to work! So glad TD Bank is finally on the island! been with you for years and never plan on going anywhere.Thanks Linus!

ATM ate my card, and I had my ID taken a week prior. Employees before Easter refused to take a social security card or passport as form of ID, so I unfortunately had to go home to NJ and get a license during Easter break. That one is on me. I had a good experience getting a new card, however the second time. It's funny how important a secure little piece of plastic is to society these days!!! Thanks for clearing things up guys!

Great customer service, convenient hours and the bank tellers are friendly and personable. I enjoy coming here, it makes life easier to deal with such wonderful people.
