I normally have no problem here. The last month or 2 service seems to have taken a nose dive. For example, I just went in to pick up a prescription for the 2nd or 3rd time! I got told the same thing I did the 1st time, "It's not ready." Why wasn't it filled the 1st time I came in? Who knows. Then why wasn't it filled between then and now? Good question... What really made me mad is that after walking around for 5 minutes, I go back, and the technician tells me that she tried to call 15 minutes ago. Hmmm. Ok, I left my phone in the car. I'm now sitting in my car, there's no missed phone call and on top of that I wasn't even in the store for 10 minutes so why would she have called me before I got there? I hate liars!

The service here is going downhill fast. Both my wife and I have had problems getting prescriptions filled for things like insulin, asthma meds and so on. Currently I’m going to be without insulin until at least Friday if not for the entire weekend. How exactly does a modern pharmacy NOT have very common meds available?! I’m confused, I guess you’re fired Hannaford. ?♂️??

It’s very frustrating to not be able to even get through and have the phone keep hanging up on me for well over ten mins when it’s urgent I confirm my prescription has been received before my doctors office closes with no other means to contact then I get there and have to wait another 30 mins for it to be filled pharmacy having working phones seems important

Not happy the pharmacy closes so early on a Sat and not open at all on a Sunday. Especially when u can't get a prescription filled til the exact day it's due.
