APS was very easy and efficient. I was moving from VA to ME and called around and talked to Tina. She helped me out over the phone to get the correct storage unit for me and also assisted me on information of the area. They are very helpful and professional.

This storage facility is fantastic! The pricing is really good and the customer service was excellent! I say this because we had a little snafu with our lock once and Tina the manager had it taken care of ASAP ! She went above and beyond to help us out ( even though it was her day off!!) wish everyone had this kind of customer service!! Thanks again Tina!! I have recommended this company to ALL my patients because of the way Tina handled the issue! The units themselves are really nice as well, but good customer service is in short supply these days, so that is worth its weight in gold to me.

I had a wonderful phone call with Dianne renting my first unit here. She was helpful, informative, quick, and, had an amazing attitude the whole time. I truly appreciate the customer service I had talking with her today.
