Worst post I've ever had to work with. Customer cards? Won't deliver your mail unless they have a customer card. When you call to figure out why they haven't delivered your mail you get grilled with a ton of invasive questions. Submitted a change of address at this location and it never went through. When I was in person at the office the employee I dealt with was extremely rude.

Hmmm...how many times does one have to go to the post office in a week in order to find the window open for service? At least 4 days now, maybe 5, I went to pick up mail to find a note saying window closed due to short staff. Then went back 2 days in a row later after their 1:30 opening time to find a line so long it went down past the mailboxes and moved very slow. I don't know who is making these decisions to keep closing the counter every single day and maybe not me...but their are people that need their mail whether it be medicine or something for their work. I like the staff but the performance of this post office has become sad to say the least.

We love the staff but unfortunately. Our mailbox was hit over the winter and then our mail was intentionally held back from us which included vitamins we needed, it is April 28th. We had put a mailbox up a couple days prior But apparently this was not quick enough for naples to hold our mail back from us. I didn't think this was good integrity. The packages that they were holding had been delivered ten days prior and we had been in three times asking if there were any packages and they said no. Then goodness there was a polite guy named Michael there Who was able to provide us with our packages and let us know that they've been sitting there the whole time. This was terribly unprofessional.

This place is awful. Customer service is the worst since they turned it over to new management. No home town friendliness anymore. No compassion. And my husband is a Maine veteran.

Have a package I have to call them Monday was addressed for 122 middle rd naples but they sent it somewhere in bridgton somebody will be reimbursing me for this mistake it's on them make it right...especially when I have proof of what's enclosed someone's not going be happy to pay that one

They're never open now. You go and try to pick up your packages and there's no staff. The ones who do work in the odd days when they are open are very nice, but I wish the hours were consistent.

I have lived in Naples for the past 5 years, every one of those years has been filled with issues pertaining to Naples post office. Our mail is usually late, packages often get lost, and I still receive mail for the last occupant of my home. Went to pick up a package yesterday and the old man that "attented" to the register was VERY rude and dismissive. In any other setting that behavior would not be tolerated,(he is lucky) why is this not being addressed?!

Best Customer Service I have ever received anywhere!!! The employees went above and beyond to help me find a package that was purposely sent to the wrong person. The manager is amazing. As a small business owner I hope to give the same customer service that I received here. Sending many thanks to the employees at the Naples Maine Post Office!!!

Hey person telling us to get over ourselves...It is easy if you have BOX at the p.o...We are talking about DELIVERY, which is also what they get paid for!! I am 48 and have lived many places....have been here 2 months and this is the WORST service I have ever had as well.
