I can't rave about Stone Surface enough. We had an issue with a granite hearth install and without hesitating the company offered to replace the hearth granite. They came in quickly and had to move a very heavy wood stove that took some doing and they did it without a hitch. The guys that came over were extremely helpful, polite and bent over backwards to get the job done right. We can't thank Greg and his crew enough!! Don't hesitate to buy your granite from them, you will be HAPPY!!

The absolute worst customer service. Our countertops were cracked during installation and the installers knew but "forgot to let someone know". We met with Tricia who took us around while we picked out a different style countertop since the ones we had were so easily cracked. I called and gave her our final decision on the new countertops. On installation day they came but replaced them with the old style countertops we had before which is not what we had discussed prior. I called Tricia and she said they had to install those countertops for now and would come back later to install the new ones we had picked out. We have called left several messages for both Tricia and Greg but have yet to get a phone call back. We've also gone in to speak with them but they are always "out of the office" when we stop in. Luckily they did send a team out to repair the leaking sink they left along with an island that was never connected. It was very wobbly and slid every time you applied any sort of pressure. That was a nerve-racking 2 weeks while we waited for them to be repaired trying to keep a 2.5 y/o child away from the island since it slid so easily. Obviously that is super dangerous. My advice- if you choose to go with this dishonest company- Get everything in writing. It's obvious they are untrustworthy and not good on their word.

I would like to share some positive feedback about stone services. We run a large commercial account in midcoast maine. We have been using their services for years but recently I asked them to do a project for my own personal home. Tricia went above and beyond from beginning to end. She had awesome communication And super helpful during the process. Thank you again, you will always be our go to for granite countertops

Refuses to provide an invoice for work I paid for on my house. Definitely something going on with them and contractors in order to hide hidden handling costs. Do not use them if you want fair, transparent pricing. It can happen to you to. If your contractor recommends them, I would highly suggest you go elsewhere to get an impartial retailer who is not looking to line their partners pockets at your expense.

The representative we are working with is friendly, very knowledgeable, assisted us with what type/color of granite countertop we were looking for, superb customer service skills and was quick (less than 30 minutes) in emailing us an estimate.She answered our questions thoroughly that we had at the intial time we stopped in the store, in the few days that followed later and at the time of the sale.We are so very pleased and grateful for her helping us. When we remodel our bathroom we will DEFINITELY go back to Stone Surface. Thank you again!!!

We used Stone Surface for the first time. Very Disappointed. As a GC I've had dozens of stone surfaces installed with other companies. For this project (my home) we were disappointed to find that our faucet does not fit correctly. We have been without a sink now for 5 days, with no end in sight (three boys, one infant). The limited contact we have had has been an annoyed sales person telling me to make it fit with a saws-all (not an option). We simply want our countertop to function correctly, we cannot get a response from stone surfaces.

We just had kitchen countertops installed and couldn’t be happier. The process was very simple and straightforward and they communicated well with me throughout the process. There was a small snag with the scheduling that they took care of and made certain we were taken care of. Our countertops look fantastic. I would highly recommend them to anyone
