These pharmacists have a lousy attitude! They speak over you as your talking, she claims she has the right to have the weekend off, I was only asking for the hours. She then told me she's putting my Rx back on the shelf if I wasn't there today, it was ready yesterday. Never again, Hannaford is so much professional and are open on weekends!

Horrible. these technicians except for 1 love to play games and make up “ issues” for certain types of prescriptions that people fill. One time there’s a co pay the next time there is not. The same mistakes keep happening along with New ones.
One minute they need a PA prior authorization, 5 minuted later “ they don’t need it”. Wich one is it ? lol.
I have straight video and recorded Proof of the discriminatory actions of about 3 of these female technicians. The Pharmacists clearly is ok with this type of thing going on.
They thinks because I am one person and nothing will probably happen right away to their jobs. Not yet atleast. The great thing about holding your cards close is No one knows what you have. Lol.
So I just keep adding to the pile of mistakes ,excuses and blame game lies.
They have actually also Violated my HIPPA privacy by “forcing me to answer questions OR state out loud” my medications in front of people in the store.
Since when is that a thing ? If there is a prescription there, that’s ready to pick up. And the story give me my prescription. There is no need for them to play this game. What is there to verify? There’s either a prescription or not lol.
So let the games begin.

Called before heading there. Voice machine said pharmacy was open. Then said staff was assisting other patients and put me on hold. After 20 minutes on hold, I hung up and drove down only to find a sign on door that said Pharmacy closed on 10/5; sorry for inconvenience.
Change your VM folks - big waste of time.

I had an issue with a photo order delivery and went to the store to get assistance and Ryan, the store manager, and Josh, the district manager, came together to determine what had happened, assisted me with getting my order replaced, all while remaining positive and helpful. It was the epitome of excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Again another place that I dedicated my life and time to.... Disappointed Me! That's why you are always hiring! Uper management has has no respect for their staff. And throws stuff at them and it's not what was agreed upon and just makes them take! Management there sucks! Being a shift lead it was an honor but it was abused and no one cared and this was Naples, ME Walgreens. Please start honoring employees! Because of them you would not be in Business! I loved everyone I worked with and became family with. But Management and Manager there at Naples ME Sucked! Hopefully something will be fixed and looked at for now on....

Pharmacy needs help. Ordered three prescription refills on Thursday through the automated phone system. Went in on Saturday to pick them up. Pharmacy was closed for the weekend. We were never notified that it was going to be closed. Went in on Monday to pick them up and was told that they didn't have the order but one was filled at the North Windham store. Would not recommend this pharmacy.???

Went there today for a prescription that was called into Walgreens after an ER visit yesterday. Hours were 10-5. Called before I left home (30 mile round trip) but no one answered. Drove in. Pharmacy windows were shuttered. Asked the check out personnel at the front of the store. They told me that there was a staffing issue and no one came in to service the pharmacy customers.

While I was traveling I had to have my prescription refilled. I had to speak with the pharmacists a few times on the phone. They ordered the meds super quick (they're not normally in stock). They continued to persist with my health insurance (phew!). And were just generally lovely.Thank you!

The phone lines are always down or not working so good luck trying to reach the pharmacy for anything. The store and pharmacy staff are 5 stars but the fact that more often than not the phones are down and impossible to reach pharmacy is why I gave a 1 star review. Unacceptable not being able to connect with pharmacy via phone on a consistent basis.

Is there a way to send pharmacy customers an alert of last minute store and pharmacy hours or other changes? They have text alerts for prescriptions.. just a thought... ? Would be extremely convenient!

While visiting Naples, I became ill and needed medication. Everyone there was very helpful and kind. Cory, the pharmacy tech was very patient and extremely helpful in dealing with my insurance company to get my prescription covered. Thank you, kindness really helps!

Horrible service!!! Can never get through to ask a question, fill a prescription or talk to anyone. Leave an automated message saying unable to take calls or service customers, instead of dropping the call after two rings! Would be one thing if it only happened once; but has happened multiple times! Would give negative star review if I could!
