I’m beyond happy with the customer service and how well I was treated by Beth from Dead River. She listened to my bad experience, offered a lot of great advice, and had a delivery set up to be delivered to my house the next day. Beth was so kind and generous. Going over many ways for me to save on my heating bill as well. Beth has been amazing to work with. Any time I’ve had a question and called she’s been right there listening and giving the best advice. I highly recommend Dead River and Beth as a customer service agent.”
“I ran out of fuel over the winter on freezing cold days. Every company I called told me they could not deliver because I was not a customer and My company CN brown told me it would be a few weeks with a nasty attitude. Pitstop heard me out and the next day they filled my tank. They now have a new customer. The lady on the phone was extremely nice and helpful.I read the bad review on google and I did not have that experience at all. I unfortunately think that they may have had a bad attitude calling in which triggered a negative response. A lot of customers seem to think they can act however they want and the person on the other side has to be pleasant, this is not the case.Thank you Pitstop, I am extremely grateful for your services!”
