After buying 5 batteries in two years, we were thrilled to find a true Mastercraft professional who could diagnose the electrical issue in our NXT20. Bill Gaddis scheduled the repair promptly, assessed the problem within a day, ordered parts, kept us updated on the problem/progress and had the boat repaired within a week. A big thank you!

Jay and Bill took great care of my “classic”Mastercraft for several years, so I had already experienced first hand their commitment to customers and passion for boats. There was no decision other then model/color when I purchased a 2023 boat from Jay and Bill, I am a customer for life! Jay, Bill and Will moved mountains to deliver our boat before Labor Day weekend, I will be forever grateful for the care and kindness they demonstrated for my family, far and above the boat. A special shout out to Will for coming to the lake a second time to teach us! I have complete peace of mind that Jay and Bill will be there for my family and absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. PS the XT20 surf wave is fantastic!

I purchased a used 2017 Mastercraft from Jay at their Naples Maine location. Jay spent the time to walk me thoroughly through the boat and the setup. Within a few weeks I had a few minor mechanical problems that were out of warranty. Jay immediately fit me in ASAP to diagnose and repair the problem and in addition he absorbed the costs although the boat was not under warranty. Amazing customer service!

Jay and Bill are fantastic! Very knowledgeable and got our 99' Mastercraft running perfectly for the season. They went well well out of there way to help our family enjoy the water in Maine for the first time. Highly recommend.

I’ve been doing business at New England fresh water marine for 9 years now on a used boat that I bought for my family (not from them). I’ve paid them top dollar for there service, as expected from a dealership and they gave me white glove service which is what I expect. My wife and I have recently inquired about a new boat with the intent to trade our old boat in. They would not buy our old boat, but they would consign our old boat. We did not want two boats going into the winter. We have recently bought a larger boat,
An X24 2020 with minimal hours for a lot less money than a new boat. Note- they have no inventory or used 2020 x24 with what we wanted. Our intent was to transfer the warranty of the new boat to New England freshwater marine. I called and spoke to Jay (the owner) to ask him a few questions on the new boat. His exact words were no more white glove service for you since I did not buy the boat from him. I thought it was odd since he serviced the family boat for nine years. My wife and I also have brought many customers over the years to them but at this point we are extremely uncomfortable with doing so now. I would suggest if your not buying a boat from them, expect less customer service. We feel bad he is losing the next forty years of service along with our friends, family and the new owner of our old boat. Good luck Jay!

This place is just truly amazing ! They make you feel like you’re more than just their friend, like you’re a part of the family! They truly stand by their word and by the Mastercraft brand! I would not touch any other dealer they just don’t compare! Even if they sold anything else other than Mastercraft, I’d just come to them! The End!
