I really wish I read the reviews first. Half of the games don't work - they simply take your money off your card or app and then they don't turn on, don't have the right parts (foosball/air hockey), or just don't work properly. My 4 year old was already upset because it was pouring rain but then she was so upset by the lack of activities. They really need to put up signs on them as the Google reviews show that many of them haven't work in years. There is no staff on site and no number to call PLUS the app doesn't allow you to contact anyone either. Hooray. You do get some free tokens if you've never used the app before but I also probably got my identity stolen. You can spend 10 minutes figuring out the app and then losing all your tokens here yay.

Half the games don’t work and just take your credits. Free 25 credits if you download their app though. No live people to help either.

Harpoons money right out of your pocket . Small one room space. There were no tickets for prizes nor any vending to receive prizes, as stated in much older Google reviews. Nothing visable as to what each game costs. You pay for a card from a vending machine and do a couple of games and poof its gone. My grandson was really disappointed. A few of the games were broken also, so not much to do for an experienced arcader.

Couldn't get a card from the kiosk right as you walk in. I just seems like it's there for show only.all 4 times we have gone it has not workedHad to download a app and pay online kinda sketch we will see if my cc gets hacked from this 5 games didn't work and just took our credits and we've never seen a person (employee) in the place to let them know or ask for a credit back.Games that didn't work was shuffle board,Ski game, skateboard game,Smaller Crane, on the right side and I believe one of the baskets ball games the net didn't come foreword and backOh and the hockey game inbthe back one of the guys were not working. Other than that very clean place and other games worked

I’d give a zero star if possible…..sweet shoppe reads card takes 13 credits but then does not work.Plus card set up to have balance less than 13 credits so loosing more money on card.

I gave two stars bc they had fun games, but I won a large prize on one of the machines (it was a stuffed animal) for my daughter. The prize didn’t fall, and got stuck (tipped it a bit but that didn’t help). That was after spending $10. Nobody to help, and no phone number to contact. I would not go here. Waste of $ with no customer service.

The Skeeball machines didn't have any balls, half the games weren't working and not one person who is there to help. We go to Naples once a year, we won't be back here though

Missing air hockey puck. Purposely makes uneven multiples of 13 so you have to pay more for less games.

Worst arcade ever. Half the games didn’t work, which you don’t know until after you spend your money on them. And the automatic prize counter doesn’t work either, so you can’t redeem tickets from the games that did work. Maybe the owner should fix their arcade before charging people to use it.

Paid for air hockey. No air hockey puck anywhere to be found. It wasn’t in the designated slots on either side. There was no phone number to call so I am hoping this review will generate a reply.
