Max and another fellow took us to the boat and proceeded to familiarize us with where everything was on the boat and the procedures for returning. Upon return they were waiting at the dock to take possession of the boat. As usual, the Freedom staff exceeded my expectations. keep up the Great Job !!!!

The dock hand Jason helped us with docking as quite a stiff wind had blown up at the time of our return, all went well with his help though, he is good!

Giving a 1 star review due to the Naples Maine location. Disappointed that they are not cleaning and sanitizing boats. Went to take a boat out and there was old used tissues, used soda can, food and drink spills. And the staff does not wear masks when interacting with guests despite the claims that Freedom boat club is practicing COVID 19 protocols. The experience is completely unsanitary.

Freedom Boat Club of Maine has made me love boating again. Gone are the days of waiting in line at the boat launch or having to deal with an engine that won't start. We show up, the boat is all ready to go and we enjoy our time on the water. When we get back to the dock, the staff meet us at the dock and they handle it from there.
