Ordered k1 for my other house ,they delivered it to wrong house got mixed with #2 oil in my tank ,they redelivered to the correct house , now I'm waiting to here from them on the cost , l feel I should not have pay full price for there mistake

Set up a appointment for a new furnace installation and chimney etc. Sale Rep. missed our first appointment. Then we set up another one and he did show up and took notes and haven’t herd from him since? Tried texting and calling nothing? Great service lol. I guess I’ll move on to another company!

First... it's not a gas station. Dodge oil is a heating oil and propane dealer. They have been providing me with excellent service for over six years. I highly recommend this company.

We've used Dodge Oil for 17 years! We love them! Great oil, no issues with furnace lockout due to impurities like other companies. Dodge, Naples, is our go-to!

This is the worst company In Maine to deal with, since the owner died last year it's been run by accountants and people with less than zero customer service, the employees let's say their are good ones but few and far between regarding customer services, what's that, they don't have a clue. I started with them but went elsewhere One star because they wouldn't give me a minus 10 So I had to give them the lowest possible

Don't use Dodge... save you self all of the hassle. I am upset with there service that left a huge propane leak in my basement....indoors thank God we didn't explode... we have since switches to a much better company...6 months ago and guess whose tanks still sit in the middle of my yard ... I have been calling them the whole 6 months to pick them up... I call today right to voice mail... I call right back to speak with manager that wants to pretends everything is fine even though I'm telling her my gripes she has no apologies or concern that I was upset at all! This is the first review I have ever written. Hope this helps anyone on the fence!

Oil delivery and prices are fine but need anything else they are very unorganized did a repair for me and my boiler was shut down for a month and was getting colder and colder out the manufacture part was never ordered I had to talk to Bosch myself and it should have been a 2 hour job not 30 days of no heat or hot water then tried to charge me for over 10 hours labor the Bosch company said dodge can be reimbursed for 2 hours but dodge won't do the simple paperwork yet want me to pay still trying to sort it out but won't call me back I will keep trying maybe I should bill them my hourly wage

A year ago I would have given 5 stars the service was great fast turn around from order date& staff friendly. Now the staff is still friendly but due to covid and I’m guessing more people making more money sitting on unemployment, they don’t have enough drivers. This is the 2nd time this year that I have not had my oil delivered on time , this time causing me to run out. I always order with a window so I don’t run out. I am highly disappointed that they did not call me to tell me it would not arrive on time so I could take measures to keep my house warm, it is winter in Maine, I am also upset that they took my order knowing they could not fulfill it, again I should have had that information so I could protect my home from cold, almost a week out and I still don’t have my order. Poor customer service was the reason I stopped doing business with the previous company that I used,I would really like to support the little business owners but I need good service in order to do that.Looks like I’m going to have to find some one else again

I understand that things happen and sometimes drivers are unavailable but they're not selling iphones, they're selling oil that people need to keep their homes warm and their pipes from freezing. Was promised a delivery last Friday and am still waiting for an oil delivery and almost completely out. Called them and they said that they don't know when I will be able to get a delivery because they don't have enough drivers right now. Great, guess our pipes will freeze.

I owed dodge money for a delivery before I made a single payment I ran out of oil . Dodge still delivered without a question. Before both deliveries were paid in full I ran out again and again no questions asked dodge made a delivery . I finally went to pay off all I owed them and they stated if paying in full would cause hardship I could partially pay . All I did was be kind a respectful to them and they in return acted more then fair and kind towards me thank you for keeping my faimly warm even when I came up short .

I opened an account with Dodge after purchasing a home nearby. The two ladies I dealt with were very pleasant, and my tank was filled promptly by the smiling driver. Based on this initial encounter, they could not have been better. I hope they maintain their friendliness and helpfulness; if so I will be a customer for a long time!

I would never recommend these guys, they overcharge and report more gallons than what they actually pump,their customer service skills are ridiculous,rude and carefree! I will b reporting them to the BBB for investigation! Scammers! They leave blank receipts and then make up numbers in their office and then tell u ur receipt doesn’t matter it’s what they have in their office that matters.
