If you’re willing to take the risk of being killed in a fatal car crash when you pull out of this place, smashed by an oversized pickup with a drunk at the wheel, you’ll find a business that seems to always be in a state of being “for sale”; Not very many products, shelves half empty, service kitchen mostly unused.Might be an opportunity for someone with the right set of skills. Until that time, it sits like a model home of convenience stores, waiting for a buyer. Items are too expensive, gas and beer are reasonable and up until recently you could still get a meth pipe at a decent price.If you’re looking for a tax shelter, this might be the place for you.
