Great prices and it felt good supporting a small establishment/their programs. Very limited hours but it worked out that we were passing through town on one of their open days. Will definitely stop again if we are ever in the area!

I'm not sure why this place only has a few reviews. I'm guessing it's due to being out of the way of population centers. We left the Augusta Goodwill with nothing which hardly EVER happens with my wife and I. That's what we do, is visit Goodwills around the country when on vacation. It's cheap and we get the flavor of regions very quickly. We decided to throw caution to the wind ad drive the 26 miles to this place. We found a nice antique mall on the way and then got to Vestry.... It doesn't have a lot of square footage, but boy did they pack it full and the prices are fantastic!!!! I got a pair of medium used Wolverine steel toed boots for $3! Goodwill would have charged at least $10-15 in Augusta. Books were $3 a bag!!! Yeah, a bag!!! And they weren't all paperback romances. The lady was nice and there was free food on the counter to take home. We got a 2 lb pkg of dried and sweetened tart cherries (like $10-20 retail)! Just wish we would have gotten lunch at the bakery before leaving town.... next year. I think only open on Wednesday and Sunday, so be sure to check first.

Better variety and prices than Goodwill. It is fun by a squad of volunteers. Open Wednesday and Saturday. A real hidden gem of a thrift store!

Good place to find used clothes, books, household items, toys, etc. never know what helpful item or treasure u will find; they have bag sales and even give toys away; my grandkids love going there; they are thrifty shoppers;

Best thrift store around. Clothes are $5 a bag. Books are $2 or $3 a bag. Always has a special deal on top of their low prices. For example last week all their books were free. Being a thrift store they don't do returns and sell what they have when they have it.
