We moved to Milo in July and I must say that I'm so pleased with the amazing customer service that the pharmacy staff provides! They go above and beyond to get my prescriptions filled and they are so friendly and helpful! I would also like to say that the store staff are wonderful! Thank you so much!! ❤️

Store has gone straight downhill since it became Walgreens. They did away with a lot of items that made them a great place to go. They don't seem to keep stock of pretty much anything. You're lucky if they have one of it and you might wait months for it to come in and you're lucky if it does. If it's something you need more than one of oh well you better go to another store since the staff can't do anything about it. I've gone in and specifically requested them to order things that they have locations for on the shelf, but are out of, months go by nope they just can't do it. You want to get hair dye, you better hope you have short hair. I've been in probably 10 times to get hair dye in the last six months each time I had to go somewhere else because they only carry one box and that's no matter what color I was going for. They just don't seem to care if they stay in business or not. I've started to just go to other stores and avoid it because it's a wasted trip every time. At this point they should probably just shut themselves down. ??

Store not as good as Rite Aid. As far as prescription dept. If you don't have a 1/2 hour to wait in line, don't go. Slowest pharmacy in Maine, has to be. I don't think it's possible to be any slower.

Been a customer for 3 years dating back to the days of it being Rite Aid. Always out of stock on my medications. Constantly requiring prior authorizations due to being negligent. Overall customer service is absolutely terrible. If you are prescribed any type of a controlled substance they treat you like a drug addict or a low life form. Changing my pharmacy today because I just can't keep playing these games. Very unfortunate it's the closest pharmacy to my house and I've been with them for a while but unfortunately the service keeps getting worse.

Stopped at the drive thru was extremely rude, I will not list her name. If you don't like your job stay home, you are in a customer service business. So if you don't like customers probably should find a new job.Stopped to pick a prescription up and you would think I asked to move a building... the insurance company only would do a 30 day supply, they filled it for 90. Do you want come back and pick it up, no I will wait. It took a whole 3 minutes to do it. Couldn't even say thank you, great customer service. Needless to say I travel from Bangor every day, I will get my stuff there not in Milo any more.
