Yesterday, late afternoon; before a family barbecue, I stopped at my local Tradewinds located in Milo Maine. What I thought was going to be a simple grocery shopping experience, was the furthest thing from. I had forgotten my ID at home, and usually that’s not particularly a big deal. Especially due to the fact this cashier has sold me alcohol in the past (numerous times), said my scanned ID was okay to use once in the past, and in this particular instance it was my boyfriend purchasing the alcohol and in the past had only asked the person purchasing. I know the laws, and the store should always card everyone. This cashier made it seem like not a big deal previously, and yesterday 4/13/2024 at roughly 5pm the cashier was anything but respectful to me. This cashier said that I needed my physical ID, and that’s fine because it’s law. However, for the cashier to talk to the customer stating “you should know not to roll your eyes at people, you’re disrespectful” I did not say anything out of line other then to my boyfriend in which I said “this is kinda inconvenient because we have to go back to our home to get my ID” (due to our home being an hour and 1/2 in the opposite direction, that situation was very inconvenient.) I did not mind running home to grab it, however, what I had the most problem with was the customer service. To whisper to my boyfriend, discussing private matters, did not justify this cashier’s out of lines comments/ remarks. I felt discriminated, and a male cashier should probably keep opinions about women to themselves (because I experienced a level of sexism via comments made from specific cashier.) I also felt discriminated based off of my attire yesterday. To add insult to injury I’d also like to state that I felt like I was being harassed in a weird way. So, I’d give this Tradewinds a higher rating, but the customer service I experienced yesterday was subpar at best. If there’s a place I can fill out a formal complaint, I would like to.

I love this store. The owner is so nice and everyone in there is so pleasant and helpful. All you have to do is ask.

I usually love to stop at this store and love their deli too but lately the store in Orland has been disappointing as far as the Anchor Deli. My husband and I ordered pizzas from there but tonight we ordered a pizza and we’re completely missing the topping that we ordered and denied cheesy breadsticks when we know they make them because we always get them from other workers, it seems to be dependent on whose working. VERY disappointed with their services and the their deli now and probably won’t be ordering again from them and order from Snowmans or Big Apple instead because at least we get what we ordered and cheesy bread too. As far as the breadsticks are concerned that is a biggie because it’s basically a cheese pizza with no sauce, I guess I don’t quite understand why not.

Horrible customer service. Lady behind the counter leaves a young kid by himslf with a line in the store to go smoke.Go the extra 2 miles up the road to Clifton general where they care about your business. Tradewinds has become to corporate.

There’s lots of variety at this store, especially for people on alternative diets. This is very important to me. I would recommend this store.

I was on my way to Brownville Jct and stopped at Tradewinds .. I needed a few boxes to help a family member pack, the store courtesy counter was wonderful, they were so kind! I also picked up some goodies, the store was very clean and orderly and it even has a Dunkin Donutinside .. I will be stopping each time I pass through .. great place to get groceries too!

This place is a gem. I want to thank whoever is in charge of produce because they always do an amazing job. Even in winter, there's a good selection and it's fresh. They even have nice restrooms.

From my personal experience I can tell you that Mr JOHN DOLLERRY he is one of the best binary options/forex managers I have met in a while. I had lost over $3000 on the advice of managers who have little to or no experience. Today I remain grateful to Mr JOHN DOLLERRY for coming through for me during my early days of trials and errors.

The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. I just read a review saying that no one wears a mask there, that is not true. The staff has all had face coverings every time I have been in there since the recommendation has been out there. Thankfully they respect the privacy of their customers that can't wear one.Downside.. they have the worst produce selection that I have seen in a grocery store since I have been in central Maine. Almost nothing organic if there is it's covered in mold when it comes in, or they just tell you that they can't get it. In five years they have not been able to change this. I had almost stopped eating produce until I found a fabulous store 15 minutes away that has everything you could possibly want organic as well ( No mold). I feel like this is just unacceptable for a grocery store.

Thank you, trade winds for opening up such an amazing place here in Milo. I grew up here and hadn't been back in many years and last time I was here that store was kinda crummy. Now it is really amazing. I just had the best experience shopping at your Milo location.

They do absolutely nothing to enforce wearing facemasks. That includes employees as well as customers.
