Went to get a 20lb propane tank filled, was kinda shocked it came to almost $30, when Lincoln hardware does it for $15... This place jammed 5.7 gallons in it, when it's only supposed to be filled to 4.2. damn tank pressure release valve went off in my truck and was spewing propane everywhere. Very very unsafe.

Went there to pickup lumber, along with hardware. The guy at the counter, tall thin with glasses, was so rude. We had another worker helping who didn’t know what we were looking for, so he asked the guy with glasses if he could help us, he shook his head no, thinking we couldn’t see him. We left and purchased nothing. 1 star, only because they had a large variety of items.

Not my experience but a family members. He went to get some boxes for packing. He went to the website and saw a price of 27.00 for 20 boxes. When he went to purchase them they told him they were 63.00. so he showed them the price on the website. The manager said he shouldn't bring a phone in the store. And if he didn't want them he could leave and they didn't need his business. Well then, guess you don't need mine either. I would rather drive an hour than have to deal with that rude person.

I can't believe the poor customer service! Went in with a bolt I needed to reply with a longer one After looking through the boxes of bolts I asked the associate at the desk if he could help me. His answer you saw how many I have go look. I said I was thinking you may know better than me what size I need or where to look. Nope go look On that I left and went elsewhere which I will do for all my remodel items I need at my home this summer Very poor service. So disappointed in this small town

This is not a “big box storeâ€; in fact, don't even try to browse or find what you want. This is a place where even if you don't know what you want, they will find it for you. Friendly, knowledgable staff with an occasional. random local telling you how you can do it better; just the way a local hardware store should be.
