Millinocket pharmacy. I needed a medication they didn't have. I received the reasoning " we are a small town pharmacy ". I was able to get it filled at another location...an hr away. It there no exchange system between pharmacies? As a former pharmacy Technician....I know there should be such systems.

Absolute Horrible customer service. I had a prescription from the ER and they made me wait 30 minutes before they admitted they received the electronic rx then Terri told me that they were going to lunch soon so I had to wait until they returned at least 30 mins even though i left the ER an hour ago!!! Nice people (like most people in Millinocket), but seem to operate on their own time-line; taking anywhere from hours to days to fill some critical prescriptions. They seem to act as they're the pinnacle of the medical care process rather than being there to provide responsive support for the patient.
