Absolutely awful customer service, and dirty machines. Girlfriend went in at 4, the sign says it closes at 6, and Google says they close at 8. The owner, Carl, was harassing my girlfriend the whole time. Hovered over her as soon as she was in there, breathing down her neck as she was putting loads in the washer. Made her feel extremely unwelcome, and acted like she was a bother by huffing and puffing saying he won’t be able to close now. If that wasn’t bad enough, when we got home, our clothes have some tar substance on it, and this is the second time. If you have workers using the machines, have designated machines. Some clothes are ruined. He never should have gone into business with people. Will not go here again.

Self-Service laundry mat??? Says open until 8:00pm, 7/days a week. Arrived 5:30pm and all locked up. Usually not a big deal but in-town hiking and need to get caught up on laundry. Poor business practice.

Carl the owner or manager what ever he thinks he is. Very rude to my little boy. My son tried to show him his toy car, snickered and gave dirty looks. You don't like kids or what ever your problem is fine. But you acknowledge him and walk away. Few mins later a women comes in and he all over her about leaving his wife, quit drinking smoking etc. 10 second conversation about a toy wouldn't have killed the useless p*****

Sign on the door says they close at 6. Was there at 4:30 and it was closed. Not sure how you're supposed to do laundry anywhere in the area if you work during the day.

7 smaller washers, 2 larger washers (not in service on 8/8/2022), & 8 dryers. Small washer was $4.75 for 23 minutes, dryer was $0.50 for 10 minutes and each quarter added 5 minutes. Detergent was $1.25. Clean, well lit, and places to sit and to fold.

Traveled here w/my bf for work. Had some laundry to do and this place was super close by. Nice clean place, plenty of washers/dryers, one of the best laundromat I've seen. The owner-Carl is super nice!! Great job Carl ? ?

We went to the laundromat on a Monday in August as we were on a road trip. Despite the sign saying it closes at 6pm, the laundromat was closed before 5pm. According to someone in the parking lot, he doesn't like people to run over his close time, so he shuts down an hour before. Little did he know, we would not be drying our clothes, only washing so we would have been done by the close. In addition, none of the close times online match. If you really need clothes done, call ahead.
