Had to come in last minute to get a new phone because It broke the night before Fourth of July. Had to travel 30 minutes from Sunday river to get to Mexico, Maine. In there, I was greeted by a customer associate named Amir. He’s a very well knowledge guy and knows what the customer needs and tries whatever he can do to help them out.

Nathan Henderson was the best Verizon Sales rep I've ever had since from 1996 when we started our family plan to the thunder bolt I bought in 2009. Fixed all my issues and help with more then I thought I needed. Awesome guy and great customer relations.

amanda is absolutely wonderful! i came in with my aunt who was nervous about switching from a flip phone to a smartphone, but she reassured her and guided her as needed. amanda is extremely kind, i highly recommend if you’re looking for tech help! overall friendly atmosphere?
