The Shuga Shak is a cute and adorable local gem. It offers a warm welcome with extremely friendly, helpful, and hospitable service. The store has so many wonderful homemade items and 'made in Maine' products to choose from, with quite an assortment of just about anything. You can find great baked beans, Whoopie pies, lobsters, apple pie maple syrup, local honey, and lots of fun things to look at. It is a great place to stop when you are in the area.

Owners are awesome! Very friendly, and go out of their way to help you. Foods are fantastic! They even have, or can get lobsters, lobster meat, and steamers very quickly for you. You sometimes just need to give them a previous days notice.
