Don't lie to your customers. When a customer says they will pick up a prescription tomorrow and tomorrow is Saturday don't say OK that is fine when you are closed the following day. I have never encountered such stupidity in my entire life.I called the Oxford location and they told me this is a constant problem. Perhaps retrain your staff and teach them the difference between each day of the week so they are aware of the difference between each day, the names of the days, and teach them how a calendar works. If they are then unable to comprehend this information the fire them.

All the pharmacy staff are so friendly and helpful. Prescriptions have always been correct, and they really work hard if there was a miscommunication from a doctor's office.I've also gotten flu vaccines here as well as other vaccines. Never a problem.You know it's a great team behind the counter when you're on a first name basis.

It's a small pharmacy overall, but the staff is absolutely wonderful! They are very kind and personable and make you feel welcome and cared for.
